    My stay at B&B Hotel München City-Ost in June 2024 was excellent. We chose it for its calm location, and it was perfectly peaceful, providing a quiet escape from the city buzz.While the airport and central station are a bit of a distance, Munich's public transport system is very efficient, making travel easy with a little planning. A huge plus was the abundance of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which was incredibly convenient.Ultimately, this hotel was absolutely value for money. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet base in Munich.

    Terrible experience dealing with hotel staff/management

    I booked a stay with this hotel months in advance. Unfortunately, as our travel date approached, my wife fell ill and was advised against traveling. I contacted the hotel to cancel or reschedule on medical grounds, but they denied both requests. As a result, I lost all my money.I find this approach very inhuman. There should be policies in place to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

    Location is excellent for south east Munich. Very short walk to U-Bahn and only 15 minutes to city center. Plenty of parking in the garage, Supermarket next door. No frills, but very clean. USB socket for charging devices. Extremely friendly and efficient staff, with many languages spoken. And the price can't be be beat in the Munich area.

    Well this place is cheap...but Pretty far from city..Pros.1) lots parking space underground.. Free2) next to Penny supermarket.3) comfortable bed..4) hot water working okayCons1) the AC isnt work.. You gotta open the window.. (October=I didn't try their breakfast 8eur per meal..

    Everything was perfect, from the price offered, the online service (fast responses and feedbacks). I got very surprised (positively): new construction, easy check in with great and sweet staff. Cleanliness, lighted rooms and great shower. I got a double room. Room size for what I needed: sleep and take a shower! Nothing around the hotel. Or you need to have a car (with lot of free parking space) or take a bus in front of the hotel and then U-bahn (around 40 min). There's a market in the first floor for immediate assistance and Mc Donald's in front (it helped a lot when I was starving at 11pm!). I would go back again next time during Oktoberfest.
