  Great hotel for couple stays!

  We stayed here for 3 nights on the last week of September for Oktoberfest. Despite them being full, the Reception team went above and beyond to accommodate a room change for us, a shout out to Yulia for all her help! Rooms are on the smaller side, but suited us well, everything cleaned daily. The hotel is beside a big supermarket, pharmacies and great bakeries, also beside the train station and you can reach city center in half an hour. We also used their car park for an extra fee (pre booking needed). You are given a code to access room and front door after hours, both worked fine. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

  The friend I was planning to visit recommended this hotel as it was closer to them, and the price was quite reasonable. As several have mentioned, the location is fantastic being literal meters away from the S-Bahn (direct train to airport) and UBahn 3. The hotel is undergoing some exterior renovations as both sides of the building were completely covered with scaffolding. This wasn't so much a problem during the weekend, but I guess during the week guests would need to keep their curtains closed.The check-in experience was less than stellar, the front desk staff was cordial but not warm. When the deadlock didn't work in the room, he tried to gaslight me into thinking that it was me using it wrong, but eventually just gave me another room where the deadlock worked fine. I wanted the deadlock as otherwise it was just a PIN code to enter the room from the outside.The room itself was perfect for my needs as a single traveller. It has the strange config of the sliding door between the toilet and the bathroom. Might be a bit awkward with multiple people in the room. Small, functional area with a comfortable bed. Let's talk about the shower for a minute .. probably one of the BEST showers I've had in a hotel in a long time in terms of hot water with excellent pressure. Not so great design when it comes to the practical, as the water splashes out, but who cares - the pressure was 11/10. I had a very late flight out of Munich the next day, and was hoping the same gentleman wouldn't be on the desk when I went to ask for a later checkout. Luckily the A-team was on today, and the guy couldn't be more helpful. For a small fee I was able to have the room later which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was 7euros, I opted to skip it and instead take something in the centrum. The elevator was painfully slow to arrive, and often it was quicker to take the stairs. But really, no major complaints about this property. The closeness to transportation and quiet yet well appointed surroundings would make me recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Parking garage don’t work

  I like this chain of hotels for their great value for money and convenience - especially when you get there late.However this particular hotel has zero information on how to get into the garage, and no matter what number you try (door code or room number), it doesn’t work.No help option either.Don’t go there in a car after opening hours unless you want to get up at 6 am to move the car from the only other parking option in the area.

  Quiet with very good transportation options

  This hotel is next to an S station, very close to an underground station, and has a tram station outside. Despite this it is very quiet at night. Several nearby place offer dining options and it seems like a residential neighborhood to me. Front desk staff was helpful and spoke english. Breakfast is available and good but pricey, a bakery is next door and another further down the block. Rooms are small with no chairs, a sliding door serves either the toilet or bath, but only one at a time. The bath fan is underpowered and did virtually nothing to keep the mirror cleared. The bed was comfortable.Very good access to the airport via S-bahn, very good access to Hauptbanhof via U-bahn.This is clearly a place to sleep and cleanup, but not somewhere to hang around with friends. If you're a busy tourist it will meet your needs but it's a bit far from Marienplatz and the main tourist areas though not too far from Nymphenburg Palace.

  Great stay for one or two travelers!

  The check-in process is easy and staff is helpful. I only stayed one night and the room was more than adequate and quiet. I thought the bed, pillows, and blankets were amazingly comfortable. The shower was also nice, with hot with good water pressure. And even though it’s not in the center of Munich, it is just a few steps from the U-Bahn & S- Bahn. If I were with my family, the rooms might be too small, but for one or two travelers, I thinks it’s great. A perfect budget option!
