Perfect for business travellers as well as families, this hotel is located approximately 6.4 km from the centre of Munich.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2025. Guests have a choice of 138 non-smoking rooms, including 94 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.

    Payment problems

    On 20 December 2025, While checking out (Reservierung Nr. 6441795843), the credit card machine didn't accept the payment, according to the reception clerk. So he gave us another machine and we paid. Later that day we found out that the payment went twice. We came back the next day and talked to the hotel manager. He said there was nothing he could do, and gave us the email of the management. We sent an email to Mr. Ulf Templin on 22 December, and a second email on 3 January 2026, with an attachment proving the double payment. No response came to any of those emails, apart from a confirmation or receipt. We had no choice but to turn to the credit card company to try and receive the money back. After a few weeks they let us know per phone last week that they cannot get a response from the hotel. The stay at the hotel was ok, the room was clean and service according to standards, but this experience really tarnished the whole stay. We are still awaiting a refund. I can back up this review with credit card statements and copies of my emails to the hotel.

    Positive - staff in breakfast room very friendly and efficient. Breakfast good.Negative - lack of privacy. Housekeeping knocked didn’t wait for answer and entered after 2 second despite do not disturb sign.Only two towels asked for more but made to feel guilty about environment when all we wanted was one more towel separate for hands and face .Staff on reception rude, sarcastic and indignant.Bottled water 4 euros

    We stayed here for two nights during a group tour of central Europe. The hotel was fine but nothing overly special. The rooms and bathrooms are fairly small and there was no AC. We were touring via a bus, so the location of the hotel didn't matter much to us. Breakfast was good, with a pretty decent variety of options. It was nice that there was a bar in the lobby where we could get a drink. Overall we didn't have any issues with our stay. I would stay here again.

    Terrible customer service. I booked multiple nights but couldn't make it due to a canceled flight. They told me to cancel my booking to free up the room, which I did. However, they didn’t refund anything. I feel cheated. I was okay with paying for 1-2 nights, but I was charged for the entire stay despite canceling on the first day.

    A very pleasant stay for 1 night at the hotel. Very friendly, clean and easy to find. Breakfast was very nice too.Even though, we`ve had problems at first with our keycards, staff was very helpful and friendly throughout. Stayed just for 1 night and even early check-in was no problem
