Location

Surrounded by wonderfully kept gardens, this pleasant hotel enjoys a central location just 5 minutes from the Theresienwiese (location of the famous Munich Oktoberfest) and the Deutsche Theater. Quietly situated in a side street, it is also just a short 5-minute walk to the main train station (Bayerstraße exit) and the bus station. Munich airport is to be found about 40 km away and the Nymphenburg and Schwabing, which offer a selection of lively nightlife venues, both lie within 6 km of the hotel. Links to the public transport network are to be found just 300 m away.

Facility

163 non-smoking rooms are available to guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge).     I stayed at Boutique Hotel Atrium München during a short business trip in April 2026 and had a very good experience overall. The location was convenient for getting around Munich, with easy access to public transport and the city center.Check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere after a busy day in the city. The hotel felt practical, well organized, and suitable for business travel.Overall, a pleasant and reliable stay in Munich. I would consider staying here again for a similar trip.

    We arrived to the hotel at 8:00pm instead of 10:00am due to flight issues, and the receptionist seemed very desinterested on how we were.The room had dust everywhere and toilet seat wasn't clean.I decided to clean the room myself with disinfectant wipes.They don't provide robes or slippers for free but they have a machine on the -1 floor to buy for 2€ a pair of slippers. The machine only accepts coins and the sleepers got stuck twice. We called the receptionist and he fixed it. ( They are not comfortable)The mini fridge, almost doesn't cool and there is no iron in the room unless you request.For the ladies, there is also no hair conditioner.Positive side, heating worked and bedding smelled well.Not a 4 star boutique hotel experience, so far.

    This hotel is worth staying at. Its about 10mins walk from the hauptbarnhof, near the bayerstrase exit. The room is clean and well-maintained. But it was quite hot at night.There is a church at the end of the street which made it an easy reference point to find. Food - a well priced café "bakerie" is a 5-7min walk away. We had dinner at a Greek restaurant virtually across the road = fabulous food.

    We stayed here for three nights and the location is perfect.Walking distance to train station, and if you join day tour , most of them located at Dachauer , also 10 mins walk away from hotel.Supermarket all around us , so don’t worry about it.Room is okay with a little window.You can check in online , and will let you know when the room is ready by checking the website . Better than just wait in the lobby.

    I just checked out today after a great experience during my four-day vacation. The reception staff welcomed me professionally and supported me with a direct booking after my online reservation was unexpectedly canceled. A lovely and friendly receptionist (I believe she might be Turkish) went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy—I truly appreciate her efforts.Throughout my stay, I experienced outstanding service from all departments, including housekeeping, reception, and restaurant staff. The only minor downside was that the room had a limited size as a single, but it was well-equipped and felt freshly renovated.Overall, I had a fantastic time and will definitely return whenever I’m in Munich. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
