  Perfect for the price

  We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We booked a junior suit for a bit more space. Our room was on the 5th floor and was spotlessly clean. We had a coffee machine and pods with access to more at reception on the 2nd floor along with pretzels and pastries. The shower was hot and powerful and the shower gel / shampoo was ok. I checked in my bag in the luggage room at 10am, you need a non refundable €2 coin. The hotel is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the central station and then only another 10 minutes into the centre. It’s not a 5 star hotel but you are not paying for one. It’s perfect for a city break and a junior suit is worth it for the extra space.

  Small but compact and comfortable.

  The Hotel was fine. Rooms for a couple are small but compact. Little hanging space. These are not serviced and so we took out our own garbage. Our first impression was not great. Intercom access to enter the building and the guy at the reception didn't let us in, we entered as people were exiting. When we got to reception we found him to be rather rude with an attitude, and the most descriptive personality would be 'a smart arse'. Fortunately, the other 2 reception staff we met over the 4 days were polite. The Hotel is in a great location and comfortable if you just want the basics.

  Room is tidy, very small, no space for much. No privacy for a shower if more than one person. Easy to check in and out. Super close and central. Cheap

  You get what you pay for. I did look for something inexpensive and it was. Room pretty basic and it was clean with a nice rain shower. The location was pretty near anything but there were many people hanging around in the door way to have their cigarettes which was annoying. Plenty of restaurants and stores near by, but would recommend walking toward the Marienplatz for better restaurant choices.The gentleman at check-in was very rude and I don't believe he understands customer service. "It is what it is!" was pretty much his attitude which I would never refer this hotel unless someone knows ahead that it is very basic.It has have parking but I recommended the hotel mention for small economy or compact cars only!!! The exit ramp is so narrow that I could not avoid scraping my rental car on the wall!!!! You don't need a rental car if you are at this location!!!There was a variety of pretzels and baked goods in the lobby and some fresh fruit for the taking. Vending machines with drinks and beer in the lobby also.Bottom line don't have many expectations!!

  First of all-location is perfect, very close to everything. Hotel staff is kind and professional. Yes, room is small, but more than enough for 1 person. And it very clean. If you are solo traveler-i can highly recommend this place.
