This family-friendly city hotel is located in the privileged area of Arnulfpark, part of West Munich, 10 minutes from the central station and the major points of interest in the city (Marienplatz, BMW Welt and Nymphenburg Castle) and close to the Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest). The apartment hotel enjoys a central location surrounded by the headquarters of various multinational companies and offers good transport connections, with a tram stop on the hotel's doorstep, a bus station 400 m away, Mallinger Strasse metro station 500 m away and the main train station 1.5 km away. The Kunstpark Ost nightlife complex is around 5 km from the business hotel and the main shopping area and numerous bars are approximately 10 minutes away by public transport. Restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The Englischer Garten park is roughly 4 km from the hotel. Franz Josef Strauss Airport is 40 km away.

    Good location - Tram stop just outside

    We stayed for a week, 2 adults and two children in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious enough for us all. The bed and sofa bed were quite comfortable. I picked it partly because of the location. There was a tram stop just outside and it was only 3 stops from main train station. Everywhere was within an easy reach as a result. There was a Lidl two stops away and we stocked up on food there. There is another shop just a few minutes walk away. We didn’t avail of breakfast as a result. The kitchenette was well equipped but as a family of four and with only 4 of everything, we had to wash dishes each time we used them. Washing machines were available in the basement which were easy to use as you could chose the language. The drier instructions were in German.     Excellent for a family!

    For a family of four this hotel offered an excellent option. With the small, but functional, kitchen we were able to buy groceries and have snacks in our room. Additionally, the room was clean and well appointed. We had a short walk to the main train station and to two different stops on the train lines--one had a nice grocery store where we were able to grab fresh items for lunches. The hotel staff was welcoming and able to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Coffee and filtered water were available all day, and the lobby area had comfortable seating and an area where we were able to play cards as a family. I highly recommend this property!     Aoarthotel in a great location, easily accessible to the city centre. The hotel is clean, tidy and modern. My room included a kitchenette, with sink, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster & electric kettle. The room was very comfortable. There is a small fitness room and a guest sitting area with complementary tea/coffee. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast. €17 per adult, which is probably overpriced for what is on offer. Fruit juices are watered down, with a machine used. Also, the coffee machine is similar to that found in a service station. That being said, this hotel is a comfortable place to stay in Munich.     Fantastic apartment with kitchen facilities including toaster microwave kitchen hob and dish washer. Across the road from the tram so you can get anywhere quickly and into Munich centre in 5 minutes.The apartment was nice, clean and had a lovely bathroom with a rainforest shower. The staff were so helpful and friendly and you get complimentary tea and coffee.
