    Hotel okay but appalling customer services

    Location was good for the city but the local surrounding area was a bit scruffy. The room itself was okay and the breakfast was good. However I paid extra for a double room with a ‘Courtyard View’ only to find that all I could really see out of the window was scaffolding. I complained at reception only to be told that there was no one in authority to deal with the complaint so I was asked to put it in an email which I did on the first day. I chased this up the next day at reception to be told the manager was on holiday. We were there 2 nights and heard nothing. I was expecting a refund for the extra I paid but have nothing or any correspondence to the complaint. I have been home now for at least 2 weeks and still have no correspondence. All I can say is false advertising to obtain extra money and appalling customer services!

    Hotel very convenient for the station and on a quiet street. Rooms dark and surrounded by scaffolding - unsure if this is a permanent fixture. Was very concerned that on two occasions staff entered our room without knocking when we were in.

    I stayed here with my dad and would say this hotel is in an excellent location, right next to central station so great connections to the airport or Dachau if you’re planning a trip there. It is an easy 15-20 minute walk into central Munich, and the staff were lovely and friendly. There is an opportunity to store your bag before or after check in.

    We were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. She was happy to help recommend places to eat and drink. The hotel has a nice looking buffet, although we didn't eat there we did enjoy the loose leaf tea and sparkling water machine. The room had enough space to walk around the bed. The bed was firm but comfortable. We had plenty of hot water for showers and the shampoo, soaps were nice. There was no conditioner or lotion. We were within walkable distance to old town.

    Good location few steps to Karlplatz station, very friendly and helpful staff, but the rooms are too small in an annoying way, carpet and furniture are old, not comfortable room, at night the neighborhood is scary full of drunk men and smell of weed, for me will not come back again
