  We stayed at this hotel for two nights, paying €650 for 2 night-CORTIINA Superior, trusting the information on their website which states that the rooms are 30 m². However, upon arrival, we found that our room (located on the 5th floor) was clearly smaller, approximately 24 m² based on our own measurement.When we raised this issue with reception, we were told that all rooms are 30 m², which is simply not true. This is even contradicted by the evacuation plan on the door, where it is evident that not all rooms have that size.We consider this to be misleading information that does not reflect the reality of the service provided. We are very disappointed, as we expected greater transparency, especially from a hotel at this price level.Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to what was promised, and we will not be returning.

  My best stay in Munich so far

  "Excellent" would be an understatement when reviewing the hotel. Let's get the obvious out of the way, location is great a minute walk from Marienplatz and the usual suspects. Amenities are pretty nice, nothing in the hard product that would make your stay any less pleasant but where this hotel really stands out is the staff.Service is beyond impeccable, the staff were going out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and well cared for. Anything you ask for, it will be with you in a moment, nothing is out of reach and all is done with such great energy and such politeness.When we were checking in we met with Wes (aka Wessam), a lovely person, charming, courteous, pleasant and we can keep on going. The rest of his colleagues are equally nice.One thing I remember really fondly, we grabbed some food to go from a nearby restaurant and we asked the reception if they had some disposable cutlery that we could use; the gentleman dashed to the restaurants got us proper plates, proper cutlery and napkins.The restaurant staff are super pleasant and the breakfast is great.Simply, the perfect stay and I'm really conflicted whether to keep this hotel as my well kept secret or to recommend it to everyone I know.

  Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Munich

  Very nice Boutique Hotel with a very friendly team. I stayed for the first time in this hotel. The location is great, in the heart of Munich. From arrival till departure every encounter with the hotel team was a pleasure. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is outstanding. The restaurant is very nice and well appointed, if the restaurant is full, the seating would be too narrow for my personal liking. I was positively surprised by the very complete gym for a hotel this size. Overall an excellent stay and I will stay at the Cortiina again.

  Exceptional choice

  We visited Munich in December 2025 and stayed at the Cortiina Hotel. It is centrally located in the heart of this beautiful city, with a very short walking distance to Marienplatz. Our modern suite 221 on level 2 was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was perfectly right with an ample choice and freshly prepared. The service was excellent in all sections of the hotel. All the staff was very helpful and friendly and also constantly try to makes all effort to assist in any way. Special thanks to Ms Angelique Blopléh from reservations and Mr Paul Berendson from the front desk among others whom I don’t know their names for their precious help. Also we were very pleased with the reception desk service as they offered us two private excursions on our request. We were very satisfied with all this and especially with the driver Mr Cihan, who was very kind and helped us a lot. If we ever visited Munich again we will definitely choose the Cortiina hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to all those who want quality and peace of mind.Martin and Tania - Malta

  Great choice for any type of travelling. Location is excellent, rooms are very large and clean and staff is super helpful. Would definitely stay here again whenever in Munich.
