Location

Munich, the capital of Bavaria, is a prosperous European city situated on the stunning Isar River. The city business hotel is located in the heart of Munich just steps from the main train station and its metro station, the Old Town and Marienplatz.     Clean, modern and quiet

    I stayed here a couple of nights. As with most Marriott properties it is clean, modern and professionally run. You won't find old world atmosphere here but if you want a clean, quiet room in central Munich this is the place. It's a block from the central train station which is convenient but, as elsewhere in major European cities, it can also mean a sketchy neighborhood. The neighborhood around this hotel is okay. It trends middle eastern but as long as you don't expect teutonic spit and polish you'll be fine.

    Located near the main square of the city and close to main train station. Nice rooms, restaurant, friendly staff, etc. I didn't rate it higher due to the very dense location, dirty streets, and loud construction in the 1/2 block vicinity. Hold your nose and close your eyes when walking in the area.     I do not recommended this hotel. Premises are dirty, the are not amenities offered to guests. Breakfast is way to expensive for what they serve. Rooms are ok. Front desk people are not very welcoming, carpets halls are stained and dirty. It's shameful that they charge for a 3rd person but they don't provide even towels unless you request them. Stained toilet with urine, broken chairs.
