  Love this place! Not in central Munich (a plus for us) but the S-Bahn stops meters from the hotel door. No breakfast, but a convenient supermarket next door, with a snack shop. And the nicest people you will ever meet!! We were treated so well. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is comfortable and definitely homey.Note: I lived with my parents long ago at the adjacent US Army (now German) housing and attended Junior High at the school across the road, so my nostalgia undoubtedly elevates my review...

  I mean this is more like an advanced version of Ibis Budget. The room is bigger, bathroom is bigger, hotel is bigger. People are very nice. They have a garage underneath. They have a very large supermarket underneath yet again. The location was not ideal but there are restaurant options around. Staff was very helpful.

  Well we chose this hotel on a recent trip to Munich and was happy with the choice as we were only there for a few days. The Rooms are compact but they have everything that you would need. Clean throughout and comfortable with a small desk, coffee machine, safe, etc. Shower pressure was good. The lobby is open and relaxed with comfortable seating everywhere. and there are vending machines near the reception where you can get drinks and food, great idea. We did not have breakfast there as we were meeting relatives who were staying in the city for breakfast every morning. A couple of the main reasons we picked this is that there was a train line right behind the hotel and it was a short ride to the centre of the city,( however trying to work out the train ticket system at the station, can be difficult and complicated, my partner speaks German and even he found it difficult, so we opted for day tickets which were easier to get and as we were out all day the best solution .Checkin was fast and relaxed, and our dog was most welcome, but we have a small dog and as we are never in the rooms long we went for the double room with garden view ,as is aid earlier they are compact but clean and there is everything you need, as we were only there to sleep, the size was not a real issue , thankfully we have a small dog but even then it was a little cramped, but still ok, however if you had a bigger dog, it would not be great for you or the dog. On saying that, there is a large park right next door and downstairs there is a bakery that opens early and an ideal place for breakfast if you need it before heading off for the day, and there is also a supermarket, ( part of the bakery), then there is the garage on the second level,basment area of the parking, it was 18 a day which was great and easy access to the Hotel. One thing that was very good is they have a door hanging notice in the room, that if you do not want your room serviced for the period you there,( going green), you get a free beer. Just a cleaver idea to save on water, etc. Over all we had a very pleasant stay there as we were there for 3 nights, however I think if we were in Munich longer, I would probably opt for a hotel that had bigger rooms. But that's just a minor point. its a perfect place to stay for a short stay in Munich, and we would certainly stay there again. I did find the pillows to big and to soft, but thats a personal choice, it did not dampen our stay, and we would certainly stay there again.   Very clean efficient and comfortable. Easy to get in and out of center of Munich with the forwards backwards train! Great patisserie in supermarket below to meet your breakfast needs. Just be aware closed on Sundays!Staff were 8ncerdible helpful pre arrival.

  Very much in the suburbs of Munich with very simple settings, sort of modern but very plain rooms. No refrigerator in the room and very basic. The bed is ok and the pillows were nice. The staff was very helpful and there is a supermarket right next to the hotel which was a plus.
