    A good value stay last summer, but now 1.5- 3x the price, which makes the cramped room a consideration is spite of the excellent location for my trips to Munich

    Very easy to access from the airport by train. Room and bed quite small but still good, clean and great blackout curtains. Very nice front desk staff. If you skipped cleaning you got a free beer :-) City center is just a few blocks away with the tram or train. Breakfast options easily found nearby.

    The room itself was fine. What you would expect for the price. The room was small but clean and suitable for one person. Two would have been a bit of a squeeze to move around. My issue is that there seems to be absolutely no soundproofing. Everything from other rooms, down the hall, and outside can be heard. There was loud music and yelling coming from outside until 5:00 am I heard people in the hallway, doors slamming, and talking pretty much the entire night. Thankfully I had ear plugs but even so, I didn’t get much sleep. I’ve stayed in hostels that were quieter than this. Bottom line, if you’re there to get sleep, avoid it and find somewhere else. If you just need a space to store your luggage or shower, then it’s probably fine.

    A scam and unethical! I arrived at the hotel and I had to checked out before going to my room because my Dad had a medical emergency. I checked out and the hotel charged me 3 extra nights. I never got a refund although I provided documentation ok my Dad emergency. So unethical!!

    This is the second time we choose Gambino for our stay during Munich gem show - we come to Munich every year but we never booked same place twice - until Gambino.We love the rooms (we booked for three and the third bed was as comfy as the other 2), the cleanliness, staff, the neighborhood, the view of the ferris wheel and of course the utter closeness to the U and S bahn ;) Made our stay so convenient and easy to move around and take the most of our stay.This time we also had absolutely perfect staff taking care of us, thank you Adrian, Gabrijel and Andjela, tripple A for awesomeness ;)We will be back next year, if not before.
