    Terrible service. Booked this hotel over 6 months ago and with less than three weeks before our stay we receive an email saying we can no longer stay here and will be relocated to another hotel which is nowhere near this location. Considering a major event is taking place this left us with limited options and increased cost. The vague reasoning and lack of empathy or compensation is disgusting, rarely write poor reviews but this has completely ruined our trip and we will now have to pay more to travel to and from our event location, more to have any form of accommodation as the hotel offered is not suitable for a short stay.I would have more understanding if this was a cheap hotel but considering the price paid last year and now with this much notice a fun weekend away with sisters has become more hassle and an inconvenience than it’s worth.It’s clear this was known prior, the lack of notice is despicable considering the hotel is still open and running that weekend. Hope the extra income was worth the terrible service, extra stress and bad experience many of us customers have had to endure.

    Our booking has been cancelled by the hotel three weeks before our stay to see the Adele concert. Clearly a money making scheme to get more money. We have been saving for months for this trip and are now in a position of trying to work out how to get to and from the stadium. Absolutely disgusting. Avoid.

    Nice place for 2 nights. Personel multi language friendly and welocming. We drive to Messe with taxi, cost 21 EUR. European breakfast very tasty, big parking place for autos, rooms clean, standard bathroom. in the evening you can drink beer and eat some german or italian food.

    On the map it’s 25 minutes walk away from Messe, which is true but consider to go through a meadow ( which is not the most convenient when it’s dark)Positives were the breakfast and the speed of wifi connectionNegatives: my room (120), small, the farest from the entrance,but next to the conference room which meant I woke up every single dawn when cleaners showed up.The bulb next to my bed burnt out on the first day, I placed it on my desk to show, but it stayed there for 2 days :(

    I was for 2 nights in this hotel. The personel is welcoming, the services are good. Breakfast is tasty. They have also a parking place if you are driving there. The bad part is that is not so close to the city. I recommend it just as a stop on your way.
