    Top value for money. Nice service personnel. Comfy bed. Pillow on one side was perfect, while the other pillow was too voluminous. Towel softness was ok (but could be better). Room on streetside was quiet - no issues with traffic noise (but that dog in the neighbouring room was annoying).

    I recently stayed at GS Hotel in Munich, which was arranged by friends, so we didn’t use a booking platform. After staying for three nights, we returned to the hotel, hoping to book again and leave our luggage there, as we were previously informed that returning would be no issue. However, upon arrival, the front desk staff informed us that the hotel was fully booked and that no rooms were available. The receptionist was extremely rude, telling us that we had to leave and find another hotel. When I pointed out this unkind attitude to another staff member, the original receptionist abruptly offered us a room at an inflated price, saying, ‘Stay if you want, but don’t blame me for the charge.’This experience left us very disappointed. We have stayed at this hotel several times, often with many guests, and expected better treatment. Hospitality should involve kindness and professionalism, especially for returning guests. We hope management will look into the attitude of their staff and ensure that guests feel welcome.

    Basic hotel on the edge of the city

    This is basic, business hotel located on the edge of the city. Clean and tidy although the bathroom was dimly lit and quite cramped. No faults with the room and check in was simple. Parking is extra even for motorcycles if you want to use their garage as is breakfast. There is some on-street parking nearby at your own risk and plenty of shops nearby if you want to pick up your own pastries etc. Although its on the edge of town, the U3 and the bus station is nearby and links the hotel with the city centre in about 30 minutes.

    I was stay 3 night in GS Hotel. For price to expensive compared with service.Room clean but toilet smelly and dirty. My concern is the management should give more training Front Office staff, they so rude, unfriendly with guest. Today I see one women staff yelling to guest without reason. Guest is important for bussiness Hospitality, they should more listen, have empathy and learn how treat guest.

    GS hotel has a bus station nerby, so it is not colplicated to arrive to Marienplatz.Breakfast is quite enjoyable.The only thing we didn't like is wi fi.. you will need to login every time you enter the room. .Except that, we may say that our stay in hotel was pleasant.
