Terrible hotel! Avoid if you have a baby, or avoid anytime

The floor and bathroom was disgustingThe food was terribleAnd the worst part of everything was the baby bed. There was no floor in it, so my baby had to sleep on iron sticks. When I asked the guy for a sollution he came with the idea to place towels. In the end I went into their storeroom to find a floor for in the baby bed.Never ever back to this hotelThe only good thing about this hotel are the hard working, friendly staff at the breakfast!

If you want to feel revived and refreshed in the morning this place is not for you. But if you enjoy sleeping in a sauna with a sound track of sirens and shouting you are in luck! Very hot. Air con broken.

If you want to sleep then probably best to avoid this place, the air conditioning didn’t work, the rooms were hot meaning the windows, even in January, needed to be open. The street is very noisy and the hotel is next to a lap dancing club and the revellers continue until 3am! When they finally finish the street cleaners take over.

Excellent breakfast - you feel very welcomed.Rooms are spacious. Recommendation: Ask for a room facing the courtyard, as Schillerstraße can be very noisy at night.Even though staff at the breakfast room were very friendly, I must say that the man working at the reception was extremely unfriendly. I have hardly ever got such a bad first impression when travelling.

I booked two rooms - fine single do me and one double for my gf with her 9yrs old son. They put them to the room with street view where all the day is road renovation and terribly noisy. Good thing is that both rooms were similar so we exchanged. But it’s not an approach.Reception guy was not too friendly.Generally I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friendsShower was malfunctioning
