    I stayed at the H4 Hotel München Messe with my family from December 31st to January 3rd, 2026, booking two double rooms. Having traveled all over the world, I can safely say I have never encountered such rudeness and lack of professionalism.From the very first moment, the front desk was disorganized. Despite having a 3-night reservation, they only authorized payment for the first night by mistake. This resulted in our key cards being deactivated every single day because the system showed a one-night stay instead of three.On New Year’s Eve, the door lock to my mother’s room (where she stayed with my son) malfunctioned. We spent the evening waiting for someone to open the door so she could get her belongings and move to another room. Not a single apology was offered for this experience.The worst part, however, was the behavior of a staff member named Melina. A day before departure, I requested to pay for the two rooms separately. Despite my clear instructions, they made another mistake and charged only one night instead of two. When I asked why they were putting guests through so much hassle, Melina became extremely rude and dismissive. She had a condescending attitude, claiming "it looks different from our side," as if their internal system issues are the customer's problem. When I told her she was being rude, she had the audacity to call me rude and demand my name in a threatening tone, even though she already had it on the reservation.The hotel itself is indifferent. While the breakfast was decent, it cannot compensate for the appalling service and the hostile behavior of the staff.Moreover spa is just sauna there were two separate saunas one of 90 degrees and one of 60 degrees but second one didn't even work..when we asked if massage was available the answer was no.Avoid this hotel.     Too expensive for what you get, cleaning was not provided

    They don't clean rooms unless you ask!!! And no tea bags are filled for next day. They stated on website you get a bottle of water and you get only a bottle for entire stay. A lady come in to our room to give a bottle of water so I asked for the second one because two people were staying in a room and she refused. Bad service. No cleaning. We paid almost 400 Eur for very ordinary room similar to hotel Ibis. Don't even think to book this place. Ripping off. Very angry.     Cannot access fitness center in early morning

    Be warned if you book this hotel after seeing pictures of its fitness center, like I did.The gym doesn't open until 6:30 a.m., so if you need to finish your workout before then, like I did, you will be out of luck.Rest of the hotel was fine.     I stayed at the hotel while attending a business event. The hotel was clean and modern and had good facilities. The Restaurant food quality was excellent the only slight this the menu is quiet limited. The bar area is nice and service is good.
