    Excellent! Very nice and very friendly staff. We arrived here after spending 3 nights at another location where our room was extrememy hot making a good nights rest impossible. The whole building and our room were very comfortable and we got some much needed rest that night. We had pizza and ice cream downstairs and it was delicious. We ordered a to go breakfast bag since we had an early flight and it was plentiful and very filling so we didn't need to grab breakfast at the airport. I would recommend and we will stay here again when in Munich.

    Impossible to locate the shuttle at the airport. Friendly staff and clean room. Miniature menu of only snacks in the lounge, but the pizza did taste better than it looked. A pneumatic drill started in front of the window at seven in the morning.

    Clean, basic, quiet hotel near the airport, but quite far away, 5-10 minutes by taxi.Rooms good and clean, breakfast great, reception service could have been complemented with a little smile, otherwise ok.Shop 5 minutes walk awayFree parking in the yard

    LOCATIONThe hotel is 10' by bus from Munich airport, ideal if your flight is cancelled, like mine. There are free shuttles running several times per hour.STAFFI only met very few of them – a man at the reception for my check in, and two women, one was assisting guests with the dinner and the second one was the receptionist during my check out. All of them were clear and took the time to be kind.THE HOTELOn the ground floor there's a bar area with sofas and chairs, and on the other side there's the breakfast and restaurant area, all covered by a glass wall that makes it very bright.I stayed in the King room (see photos). The bed is big and comfortable. I took advantage to work a bit, and I was glad to notice that the chair and the desk table were very comfortable. The toilet is huge too. Coffee machine and kettle with teas, available in the room.CONCLUSIONShould I get another flight cancellation, I'd be very much looking forward to stay there again!
