  Compact and clean but became overran with teens

  So I stayed Monday to Friday on a work trip. The start of the week was fine - room clean and tidy but with only 1 hanger and one which broke on putting a pair of trousers on it. Wednesday night we had the arrival of hoards of kids and this marked the start of the trip going downhill. They crowded the breakfast area preventing other guests getting in and last night mucked around in the lifts preventing me from getting in. Tonight they have been running up and down the second floor corridor shouting and in their pjs. I go home tomorrow and now I cannot wait - the acoustics in the hotel are awful and all I can hear is teenagers thumping around. It’s really been a negative experience - not sure if this large influx of kids / teens is a regular occurrence but would put me off staying here again

  Very Disappointing Stay – Far Below Hilton Standards

  I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Munich North for 5 nights, arriving on 15.02.2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing.On the first day, when we arrived, there was an unbearable smell coming from the ventilation system that reached our room on the 2nd floor. The odor was extremely unpleasant and made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. The issue was apparently due to a technical problem and was resolved the following day, but this is not something guests should experience at a Hilton property.As a Hilton Gold Member, I expected at least some recognition or basic benefits. However, there was no room upgrade, no complimentary parking, and no meaningful acknowledgment of status. Additionally, as a person with disabilities, I received absolutely no special assistance or facilities. This was particularly disappointing.The breakfast was very poor in terms of variety and quality. The breakfast area was overcrowded every morning, the service was weak, and the overall experience felt chaotic and unorganized.In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards expected from a Hilton brand. It felt closer to a one-star hotel in terms of cleanliness and overall quality. I will attach photos to support my review.Overall, this stay was far below expectations, especially in a city like Munich. I hope Hilton management and customer care will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service and facilities at this property.

  Friendly staff, easy to find and public transport just outside to various stations. Breakfast was fine and the room was clean with a comfortable bed.

  Very nice. Just what you would expect from a Hilton property. Plenty of parking. Not close to old town but public transportation is available. Walking distance to restaurants. Clean, quiet rooms. Great breakfast.

  I had a four night stay here and it was great. Comfortable beds, clean, great breakfast and fast internet. Highly recommended!
