  This hotel was excellent for my solo business trip. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed. The lobby was welcoming and the reception team were friendly and professional throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight – fresh, high-quality food with plenty of choice, beautifully presented, and excellent coffee every morning. The amenities were noticeably better than many business hotels and created a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The location was also ideal – easy to reach from the station, close to the office and surrounded by useful amenities. I’d definitely stay here again.   the room had not been properly prepared

  I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations.Upon arrival, the room had not been properly prepared. There was used tissue paper left on the night table, and neither a coffee machine nor a kettle was available in the room, even though it was prepared for it. This gave a poor first impression and suggested a lack of attention to housekeeping standards.The digital key system also proved inconvenient. While it worked for the room door, it did not function for the elevator, which reduced the practicality of using a digital-only solution.The most concerning issue occurred on the evening of my second night, when I was unexpectedly checked out by reception. I had booked and confirmed a two-night stay, yet I was required to get dressed late in the evening and go down to reception to present my confirmation email as proof. The situation could not be resolved over the room phone, despite my attempt to clarify the mistake that way. Being asked to physically come to the front desk to verify a confirmed booking was highly unusual and inconvenient. The reservation was made by the Hilton app, so there was no go reason for this to happen.As a Diamond member with Hilton, I have certain expectations regarding service consistency and operational accuracy. On this occasion, the combination of poor housekeeping and the administrative error resulting in an incorrect checkout fell below the standard I would normally associate with the brand.I hope the hotel will review its housekeeping procedures and front desk processes to prevent similar situations for future guests.   Overall very good although the front desk is frequently unattended and time is wasted waiting for someone to attend. The room and breakfast were fine. Very well located for excellent public transport connections across the city.   Next to station to go to airport is very handy

  Stayed her for one night. Proximity to train station was good since had to leave early in the morning to go to the airport.Rooms are pretty basic but adequate.Breakfast was ok.Ok for price I paid for what I needed.

  Worst hotel experience I've ever had

  I never write reviews... this place is the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. The WORST service... actually NO service at all. No air conditioning. Rude counter people. We didn't roll into this experience acting like a-holes... but we sure did get treated like one. If you stay here... don't say I didn't warn you. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
