This business hotel is situated in Feldkirchen, an area neighbouring Munich, to the city's east. The ICM exhibition centre is 3 km from the hotel.     Hotel is nice and clean ,, staff are rude when you ask tbem a question . Arrived at 10pm and the only food available was pizza , no regard for dietry needs . Nowhere local to go and get anything to eat . Got to be the worse Holiday Inn i have stayed in and i spend a lot of nights a year with this chain .     Racist Remarks from Manager: A Disgrace to the IHG Brand

    I was denied check-in by the Front Desk Manager on Dec 24th in a shocking display of discrimination. Due to a minor booking error (missing child count), I offered to pay for an upgrade immediately. Instead of helping, the manager became aggressive and made racist remarks about my nationality, explicitly saying "people from your country just like to save money." He threatened to call the police if we didn't leave and told us to "sleep outside."I had valid bookings for my family for the rest of my trip in Germany, proving this was just an honest mistake, but he refused to listen. We were forced to leave and stay at a nearby Hilton instead. As a loyal customer of international hotel chains, I have never been insulted like this. This behavior is a disgrace to the IHG brand. Zero stars.Ich wurde am 24. Dezember vom Front Desk Manager auf schockierende Weise diskriminiert und der Check-in wurde mir verweigert. Aufgrund eines kleinen Buchungsfehlers bot ich an, den Aufpreis sofort zu zahlen. Anstatt zu helfen, wurde der Manager aggressiv und machte rassistische Bemerkungen über meine Nationalität. Er sagte explizit, dass "Leute aus Ihrem Land nur Geld sparen wollen".     Really good service - excelent hotel - good price.

    Very comfortable and good hotel with nice rooms, nice large bathroom and Internet. The room has a very efficient aircon which is easy to adjust and is almost silent. The soundproofing to both surroundings and between rooms is extremely good.The hotels location close to the motorway makes it quick to get to. From you turn off the A99 to you stop in the underground parking garage is maximum of 5 minutes.The breakfast - which is included in the price - is good. Nice large selection of delicious things. The parking space in the locked basement is also included in the price.We also experienced super good service from the hotel when we forgot some important private papers in the room when we checked out. A little while later we got an email that the papers had been found, and we picked them up on our way back. That's really good service. No extra cost, just service.Can definitely recommend this hotel.

    Trucking stop, no breakfast

    Breakfast was a waste of time. Seems like this hotel is frequented by locusts and by 7:00 everything was finished.Didn't know truckers woke up so early and devoured anything in existence, so there was no breakfast for our family as the hotel didn't see the need to replenish the meager offerings. Never again!     A Good Stay in Munich

    A typical Holiday Inn Express experience. Not luxury by any means but a safe and clean room with a fair breakfast to start your day. Check in was a breeze and handled by a nice young man. Parking is free and secure in an underground garage. The room and linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast (included) was limited but it was enough to satisfy (very crowded though). All of the staff I encountered were nice and pleasant. Cons: No local stores in the immediate area and the City Centre is a good 30 minutes away. The local train station (Feldkirchin) is a 5 minutes drive. You basically need a car if you plan to stay here. That being said, everything was fine and it definitely served our needs. There is a large shopping mall less than a 10 minute drive away with a large food court and many stores.
