    The hotel itself is fine. It's in a good condition and is standard Holiday Inn Express.The area is safe and a few minutes walk from the underground, so it's easy to get to wherever you want in the city.My only problem with the hotel is that there was an issue with the soap dispenser in our shower and after 3 nights there they hadn't managed to solve the problem!3 days without soap!How hard is it to fix this problem? And this was after both myself and my husband repeatedly reporting the problem to the front desk.

    Good Front Desk Staff had made the Hotel Remarkable !

    Stayed at this hotel 3 nights for our visit to Munich. The hotel is new and clean, and it meets the defined standards of a Holiday Inn Express. But the more worth-mentioning aspect was the helpful front-desk team that always ran an extra mile to help us. In a particular incident, on the last day of our stay, we had finished a long day of sight-seeing coming back just to find the road (B304) in front of the hotel closed for roadworks. We could not drive back to the hotel even we had used two GPS. But we could not park our car elsewhere because we would need to depart very early the next morning. We called the hotel, and fortunately, we were connected to Sarah at the front desk. She practically did everything she could to help us find our way back using a temporary U-turn path. We were very impressed by her customer-caring attitude, her extra efforts, and the fact that, she was not even a driver herself. We would recommend this hotel to other visitors, and we believe that its management should be grateful for having hired such a good team and Sarah. Thanks again !

    This property is well positioned for access to the Olympic park and BMW museum and has good metro access to the city and airport, the property is in excellent condition and the staff friendly and very helpful (Thank you Marcus) food and beverage is limited but sufficient and good quality. If back in Munich would definitely consider this property.

    Not Too Far Out of the Way

    This was a good stay, and very convenient to Olympic sights and BMW museum. There isn't much else in the immediate area, but a good shopping mall and subway station aren't too far away. The room was somewhat small. The breakfast here was very good.     BEDROOM FAR TO HOT

    On the plus side, the hotel and room were clean and the shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable.On the negative side:1. the air-conditioning was dreadful and the temperature never dropped below 22 making sleeping extremely difficult - and this was in October. I dread to think what it would be like in summer. The staff thought there was nothing wrong with this.2. the tea/coffee making facilities were a joke. Theoretically, tea, coffee, milk and sugar were provided. Normally, only two of these were supplied.3. No safe - meaning you had to carry passport, etc around with you all day.4. Continental breakfast - limited variety of cereals and fruit - on the one good day there were apples (quite the most revolting I've ever tasted), bananas and oranges. On a bad day just apples.5 10 minute walk from the nearest underground stations.If I came to Munich again, I would not stay here.
