    My mom and I were on a short trip to Munich and we stayed at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay-the comfort, convenience, delicious breakfast, and outstanding customer service. The hotel was close to the train station and a few stops away from Marienplatz, the main square. We truly enjoyed our check in with Alessandra, upon arrival after a ~10 hour travel day. We also loved the convenience and quality of the breakfast. Thank you to all of the staff!

    My Mom and I visited Munich for the first time. I booked this hotel through a travel site. I read mixed reviews and was a bit worried about our stay, however, we had a pleasant experience! Alessandra was so welcoming upon our arrival, she truly set the expectation for our stay. Our room was comfortable, we added the breakfast which was worth it and delicious (thank you to the breakfast staff!), and it was very convenient to the train station that is 4 stops away from the main square in Old Town. We felt safe and enjoyed our visit. I didn’t give 5 stars because the TV wasn’t working (an issue the management is working through) and our door battery ran low the morning we had to fly out and couldn’t access our room. Thankfully it was quickly resolved. Recommend signing up for the free hotel rewards program for an upgrade.

    Perfect for a short trip at any time of year in Munich

    We were staying for Oktoberfest, 9 of us. A reasonable rate for the time of year, great location with the train station less than 5 minutes walk away. From there it is 25 minutes to the centre, 35 minutes to the airport. Hotel was clean, nice bar and reception area, helpful desk staff and the food at breakfast was good quality and a good variety. The rooms were a bit sparce but clean nice shower and bathroom and an in-room safe. I found the hotel very comfortable for 3 nights.On the down side, I booked and paid for 5 twin rooms about 10 months in advance. About a week before the reservation i checked all the details and the rooms were all changed to queen rooms by the hotel. Not really acceptable i would say as i chose the hotel because at the time all the twin rooms were available. The bar staff needs some training in customer service, not at all what i would expect. Mostly came across as miserable and rude.

    We stayed here for Oktoberfest. Great location, it’s located on the Trainline to the airport so it’s easy to access. The check in was easy and very helpful. Our hotel room was very comfy and warm. The best thing was the facilities nearby. There is a shopping centre to get your hungover stuff. It’s not that much of a walk into town and easy to access for the Oktoberfest venue and the pubs.

    Had a very nice weekend stay in this HI property. The hotel is very well connected both to the airport and downtown - very easy no change public transport ride lasting 30 mins both ways. Room was also very nice and spacious with a comfy bed. Breakfast was rich with plenty of choices in both savory and sweet options. Gym could have been a bit richer in choice of machines though. Overall, would definitely stay again.
