Location

This hotel is located right at the heart of Munich, close to the main train station, with the underground and regional trains to the airport as well numerous sightseeing attractions. The old town, the town hall, the Church of Our Lady and plenty of shops are all within a few minutes of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 6-storey building with a lift and 86 non-smoking rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     I had a lot of awful things to stay about my stay there, but out of respect for Asti who went out of her way to make my stay somehow pleasant, I won't write the bad review I already prepared. All I wish to say for the management is this: Train or get rid of the 2 male staffers who are clueless about their work, and maybe teach the 3rd elderly male staffer (who didn't even bother to show his face), that there are other words than NO on every customer request.The 2 stars are for the location & for Asti for being the only adult there!!!

    Bare room with overpowering perfume smell. Only redeeming quality is proximity to the train station. Hotel immediately warned of €200 key replacement fee at check-in—even for a metal key and lock, the actual cost is maybe €20-30. That’s nearly 10x markup, textbook price-gouging. Sets a hostile, distrustful tone from arrival. Would not return.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    Do not trust pictures you see on their page. They are falsely advertising their rooms. It was tiny, unappealing, pillows and mattress the worst I've ever experienced. Complete waste of money and a serious downer on our trip to Munich.

    This hotel is very good.Location is great - near the railway station. It also about 10 minutes by foot to the city center.Rooms are big, clean and nice. Bathroom is also very big.I think that we will stay here again, if we will return to Munich.
