  At check-in, the staff were accommodating to provide a accessible room, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, when asked for extra pillows, they were told that they were not available due to an issue with the service used and holidays. Breakfast was included and was acceptable. However, we waited several times as they filled items, and it was only filled with 10 pcs of bacon or 3 cups of juice making several people wait while they filled again.

  Hotel alternative to high price Munich

  Hotels were real expensive in Munich around Oktoberfest so booked this Hotel in Gemering and it was still $200 a night. To get to it from Munich main train station you take the S-Bahn. Arrive Gemering station then walk to the hotel. There were statements saying hotel is 2 minutes from train station. Nope. Saw another that said 9 minutes. Nope more like 15-20 minutes' walk. There is a bus that stops in front of hotel that will take you to train station. The rooms were nice albeit small. Internet and breakfast buffet above average. No microwave. No refrigerator.

  Very bad communication and customer service

  Had to cancel due to flight cancelation.24/7 reception could not be contacted via phone. Asked hotel for refund of breakfast cost (which must be refunded acc. to law).Manager referred to Expedia (stupid hiding, as hotel is the contract holder).Surprise Expedia had to ask hotel, which refused with a senseless ratio "breakfast was included in price and not ordered separately".A good service would have been a charging one of the two nights, or a voucher for one night. The minimum would be the refund of the breakfast, as no cost for them accrued. Very bad communication and customer service.

  There are better hotels near by, these guys don't pick up their phone.

  Absolutely horrible customer service here. We were stuck across the country in Düsseldorf airport the day of the massive Crowdstrike IT outage, unable to get to this hotel to stay the night when Eurowings canceled all of their flights for the day. After multiple attempts all day long trying to call Amper, we only ever got their on-hold system over the phone, never once able to speak to a member of their staff. They obviously don't answer phones here. Expedia tried to contact them multiple times, and 2 days later we've found that they refused to cancel our stay and charged us full price. Very poor customer service, avoid them at all costs, there are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually pick up their phone.

  Great quality hotel for Mighty Munich

  The breakfast it was super, lots and lots of choice for everyone of all tastes, the S-bahn is also very close and an easy way to see the sights of Munich. The hotel is outside of the Ulez area so is convenient by car then public transport to the centre.
