    Had to sleep with the AC ON when it was 5 degrees outside as no one knew how to turn the AC OFF

    The AC in the room could not be switched off and the staff there didn’t know where the switch or the remote to turn the AC OFF was and further told that I’ll have to figure out how to sleep through the cold! Even after given 2 hours to somehow figure out how to turn off I was met with the same answer!!

    Clean and comfortable room, well heated so nice and warm in this cold weather. Convenient location close to the centre and to both coach and central train station. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

    The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from Munich Hauptbahnhof. While not modern, it had all the expected mod cons: reliable WiFi, comfortable bed, good shower and a great breakfast buffet. There was no aircon in my room, but a fan had thoughtfully been provided, which I used as it was particularly hot and humid during my stay. In short, this hotel does the job. I had no complaints whatsoever.

    Recently stayed here for 3 nights and could not fault this place. The hotel is about 300 meters from Karlsplatz station so very accessible from the airport.It's not 5 star but you're not paying 5 star prices. The Room was small but tidy and accessible via lift.Breakfast is great with the fresh hot pretzels and crossaints a highlight.

    Beware of bed bugs!!!

    BEWARE OF BED BUGS!!Upon checking into our room, we discovered bed bugs. We took photos and immediately brought the issue to the front desk. Shockingly, instead of offering any real solution, the manager told us the hotel was fully booked and refused to refund our money so we could book another accommodation. Their only “solution” was to offer to change the bed sheets, as if that would fix the issue or protect us from the bed bugs.This response was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No guest should ever have to deal with bed bugs, and to have the hotel staff dismiss the seriousness of the situation and deny a refund is outrageous. I strongly advise against staying here!
