    Our room was clean and comfortable. Heating is by hot water, so will take some time. Bathroom is small, shower space is tight, may be a challenge for larger individuals. Commode seating requires flexibility. Highly appreciated the heated towel rack. Bed is comfortable but power sockets are on one side only. Coffee maker is massive and needs a PhD. Front desk is helpful and courteous. Breakfast coffee places located within short walk. 10 min walk to Haupt Bahnhoff along Shiller Str. but construction may cause some difficulties with roller bags and S-bahn exit to that street may be closed. Overall, it is a very good place to stay if you take Radius tours.

    Stayed here for the night when visiting Munich. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main train station, it is close to the centre however the area doesn’t feel the safest, especially at night. When walking down our street there seemed to be a few people lingering about. The staff were friendly on check in and check out and room was clean. Room had everything you needed but no air con so I imagine would be very uncomfortable in the summer, especially as we were facing the street and wouldn’t want to open a window. Not sure I’d stay again as area felt a little unsafe but overall is good walking distance to main centre and train station.

    RUDE AND UNPOLITE RECEPTIONIST

    I wanted to make a booking from the 1st of January for 3 nights but by mistake I reserved for november 2025 a not refundable fare. I immediatly called the hotel and I spoke with a very rude person explaining the problem and asking for a free cancellation. As we are talking about november 2025 from the 1st to the 4th low season and that I called 1 minute after the reservation I hoped to find comprension. This very unpolite, rude man started to shout " mam" mam" mam" he didn't want to give me his name, and he said that reception leader and manager are on holidays for 15 days. He added that I wanted a not refundable fare, why you booked a refundable fare..This IS NOT THE WAY TO COOPERATE BETWEEN PEOPLE WORKING TOGETHER.

    Wouldn’t stay again in summer

    No air conditioning and could not open a window as our room looked out in to a busy street with a bar directly across the road with tables and music outside. A fan was provided but was not much use without being able to open the window. Stayed for three nights and barely slept the whole time due to heat/noise. Room was basic but clean and spacious enough.
