    Location wise it was ok. 10-15 minutes by car to city center. Room was nice. Good internet, clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is ok .-Check in staff was horrible. No smiling no courtesy just hmm hmm yea yea as if I was doing him a favor.-nobody asked us about our stay during check out but same cold and bad attitude from the same guy and a different lady.

    I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Europa in Munich and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests.The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days exploring Munich. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind.The breakfast was a real highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The dining area was clean and well-organized, and the staff kept everything running smoothly even during busy hours.Location-wise, the hotel is excellent. It’s well connected to public transport, making it easy to reach the city center and major attractions quickly. At the same time, the area feels safe and peaceful.Overall, Hotel Europa offers great value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Munich.

    Our recent stay at Hotel Europa was excellent. This was a family trip and we had two rooms that were spacious and could accommodate everyone. The location of the property were perfect. The staff and management went above and beyond when we lost an item in our room and we didn't realize until after we departed. They located the item and shipped it back to us. We will definitely recommend/stay at this property in the future.

    BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED. They’ll take advantage of anyone they can who is traveling. Do not stay here. The room was ok, staff was lovely. Management is disgusting. The owner showed up one day and everything changed..what a horrible experience for what was supposed to be a honeymoon. Munich is fantastic. Hotel Europa on the other hand is nothing but predators. , Other at Hotel Europa, responded to this review Dear Guest,thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. However I cannot leave this review without comment.You booked a rate excluding breakfast, it is normal that you have to pay for it when you take it. My colleague called you to clarify this.     We booked a superior room for a few nights. The room was excellent, comfortable and clean, good air conditioning and a large area to relax in. The hotel is in a good location, 20 minute walk from the train station and old town, central to visit the palace and Olympic village too which is a must. There are numerous restaurants in the surrounding streets and a lidls across the road which is handy. Hotel staff were lovely, from reception to the bar staff. The brekfast was a disappointment though, didn't think the ingredients were of good quality and the hot items were always cold, pastry’s were stale. For £250 per night, I thought it should have been better.
