    In November,I spent eight nights at this cozy hotel located in Munich's Pasing District.I enjoyed my room,the fine buffet breakfast,and the caring attitude of their staff.It is in a pleasant part of Munich with plenty of shops and eateries.Consideing we are living in the 21st Century the Imperial Hotel is reasonably priced.Once you get on the S Bahn at the Pasing Station it is only 20 minutes to Munich's Central Train Station,Hauptbahnhof..

    The room was cheap, clean enough and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is quite conveniently close to Pasing train station, so when I arrived by train in the evening it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel. In Pasing there are plenty of good and affordable restaurants, and Arkaden shopping center is nearby.The hotel building, however, is a dump. It has been a hotel since the early 70's, and it shows. Normally I wouldn't let that bother me, but the air quality in the room was quite bad. So it is not recommended for those with asthma or allergies. I did not try the breakfast.

    Some positives, some negatives:Positives:Very clean and tidy room and bathroom. We can't have any complaints here.Temperature of the room was good.Room was an average size, it didn't feel cramped at all. We booked one of the newly refurbished Comfort Rooms. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water.Staff were friendly. Negatives:Pillows were very small and flat, they only gave us one per person.No kettle in room.Very thin walls, noise can be heard from outside, form the corridors, and from other rooms, all throughout the night. In the communal areas the corridors need painting, and new carpets throughout, to replace the threadbare stained ones. This would be such a simple fix to make a significant improvement to the appearance of the hotel. Didn't have breakfast so cant comment.Its a definite 3 star hotel in British terms.

    This hotel has health hazard bathrooms, see photo. Overall, good position, but should be updated to 21 century. Rooms are very small, beds are only 75cm wide . If you want to walk near the so called table/Tv set, you Better be very flexible because the distance to bed is 55 cm

    The hotel is located in a place easily reachable by public transportation.Wifi signal in the room is ok.Breakfast was below average, without fresh vegetables and decent coffee.The rooms were clean, the bathroom was tiny.The personnel was quite nice.
