    Great hotel and friendly staff. The hotel is in a good location with about a 30 min walk to the old town centre, if you were staying for Oktoberfest I can see it would be the perfect location. The room was very clean and hotel was well kept. We had room 35 which was lovely and spacious, I would say we wouldn’t have the windows open at night as it can be noisy just from traffic, however this did not bother us. There’s a mini fridge bar on every level which is a lovely touch. Thank you, we had a lovely stay and would recommend.     Home Away from Home!

    What a fantastic stay! From the moment we considered booking to when we arrived, the reception team and their manager Sebastian, were all incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making check-in and much more (places of interest to visit/suggestions for logistics-commuting/ taking care of booking us a car spot in the garage right opposite their hotel, etc), a breeze . Our room was absolutely spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with fresh linens and amenities replenished daily – a true testament to the excellent customer service which is what everyone needs and wants in the end during their holiday away from home. The service throughout our stay was impeccable, with staff always willing to help and offer a warm smile. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding cleanliness and top-notch customer service; it truly exceeded our expectations. Hats off and keep up the good work.     A great cosy hotel, with wonderful staff!

    A brilliant little hotel. Great location, in a quiet end of the city but only about a 25 minute easy walk into the main centre of Munich. The room (29) was small, but absolutely did the job for the trip. It was music themed which we really liked, and the bathroom was modern and spacious. The outdoor seating at the front of the hotel was the perfect quiet end to an evening also, it was very peaceful. Breakfast was nice with a decent choice of fresh continental options. What we liked most though were the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, so so friendly and just genuinely happy to help us whenever they could. We both said they were the nicest and kindest hotel staff we’ve ever come across, and they’re an absolute credit to this lovely little hotel. Thanks for a great stay.     I booked the hotel via a well known portal and had my reservation confirmed.Shortly afterwards, I was noticed that the hotel could not accommodate me.I asked why, and all I got was a reply telling me that it was a system mistake (at first) and a human mistake (at last).I asked for alternative solutions and I was adviced to search for hotels that were 30 or more kms away from Munchen. They just told me that they could not accommodate me and my family, leaving us alone and forcing us to change all our travel plans.The hotel does not seem to take any care of guests and is only committed to make money, no matter how.     Awesome hotel!

    The hotel was beautiful with a modern funky twist. We had a lovely suite on the top floor with a view of the alps as well as the city. Breakfast was wonderful and so convenient. The best part of the stay though, was the desk clerk Javier! He was so welcoming and kind. We wanted to take him with us!
