    location ok as close to the central train station. However the room amenities are suck! No water, kettle, cup, tooth brush, AC nor a simple fan. I wonder how they expect the guest to bear the heat during summer? The staff told me to open the window but it was so noisy facing the street. I stayed in a similar hotel nearby but at least they provide a fan.

    Finding a reasonable hotel in Munich can be a challenge, but this spot offers a great location for exploring the city. While first impressions weren’t the best, the comfortable bed and well-heated room made for a cozy stay.Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a wide selection of options and a well-functioning coffee machine to start the day right. Being in the city center, some noise is to be expected, but earplugs helped. Construction is ongoing in the area, so expect some activity.Overall, if location is your priority, this hotel gets the job done!

    Worst Hotel Stay – Rude Staff, Broken Heaters, and Awful Service

    I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why:Non-Functional Heaters:The heaters didn’t work properly during my entire stay. Sometimes, only one heater worked, and other times, none at all. Considering the -1°C temperature, this was unacceptable. When I reported the issue, the staff was dismissive and told me to "cover myself with two blankets" instead of fixing the problem. On top of that, they made excuses like, "Report the issue in the morning," which was ridiculous when the problem occurred at night.Rude Staff:Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly rude. Instead of showing concern for the guests’ comfort, they were argumentative and unhelpful.Unprofessional Housekeeping:The housekeeping lady insisted I leave the room before the checkout time. This level of pushiness and lack of courtesy was completely uncalled for and left me feeling unwelcome.Overall, the hotel staff seemed more interested in making excuses than in providing a decent experience. They clearly don’t understand the basics of hospitality. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel—it’s more like an annoyance than a service.

    Interesting area. Definitely a hotel better suited to stag do, due to establishments around. It is close to the station and the breakfast was really nice. Not many places with four individual beds. We had a balcony and well above the street level, so the noise did not affect us.

    Don’t expect to much from this hotelLocated close to central station. Our room was very small and without any kind of ventilation. So very hot during daytime. Breakfast buffet was fine. The breakfast lady was extremely rude and also shutting load to her colleagues. The staff in the reception was very friendly and helpful. I will not return to this hotel
