Big rooms but I think one of the worst hotel. Weak internet at the room, no fan or aircon during summer. The reception was overwhelmed with lots of inquires and compains. Worst parking system and very narrow, hard to park. We had horrible experience with the parking

The service at Reception was quick and Bernard was very welcoming and happy even though it had been a long day for the both of us. I would definitely recommend this place. Good value for money and friendly staff.

Honestly one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in . We stayed for 5 days with no house keeping no clean sheets or towels . Room is very outdated curtain missing , room was cold . Staff rude, would not recommend . 4 star more like a 1 star . On a plus it encouraged us to see more of the city as we dreaded returning to sleep .

Dishonest - they did not give me a refund after they said they would for failing to deliver promised services. Stay at Hotel Motel 1 next door instead. I had to leave in the middle of the night to another hotel because the wifi was not working and I had several hours of important business calls. The receptionist was nice but was impossible to communicate with. She apologized, and suggested I move to another hotel around the corner (which turned out to be great), and said she would refund me in the morning when her manager was back. When I called the next day to follow up on the refund, a woman who claimed to be the manager basically said nothing was wrong and that "I can't prove" that they didn't deliver the appropriate services. She basically said that I was a liar, and that she dare me to 'prove' that the wifi wasn't working. The fact that I had to change hotels at 11pm is proof enough. The Hotel is close to the Metro and the main city. Very clean and the staff are very helpful.We had a premium Double room, which we really liked. The next time we visit munich, we will stay again in this hotel.
