Can’t really help when problems come up.

    rating01 Jul 2025

This hotel is a little far out from the city center, and that is fine because it’s accessible by Metro. It is in an area where you hear a lot of police cars and street noise. The front desk speaks English very well and they want to be helpful but the philosophy seems to just be there’s nothing they can do when your room sucks. I was there with a large group and the air conditioning was not working in all of the rooms. Another room smelled like smoke. The air conditioning worked okay in some of the rooms, but nothing great. It was very hot in Munich. When the problems were brought to the attention of the staff, they basically just said that they were booked , and there was no way to change rooms the first night. They didn’t seem to really care that the amenities that they offer on their website were not available. They did not have any fans or even really tried to help us find a solution for the problems. We were there when it was extremely hot. If you were looking for a very basic room, this is for you. There’s very little floor space for your luggage, especially if you were in a three person. The bathroom is small. It has a standup shower. Water gets all over the bathroom when you use it, but it was fine. The pillows are very flat and not good, but the bed was fine. Make sure you have slippers or something because the hardwood floors are very dirty and even just stepping on them bring dirt up all over your bed. There were some common areas to hang out with friends staying in the hotel and there is a laundromat on the same block, which was extremely nice if you are traveling for a long period of time it was open 6 am-11pm It only takes euro change and the front desk was happy to make change for you, which was very nice. They do have a nice selection of snacks and pizza that you can order. The breakfast was okay. Sadly, if you wanted one of their cute little heart waffles, you had to wait a very long time as there was just one machine and many people in the breakfast area.

    October break

    rating24 Oct 2024

Enjoyed our stay here, lovely quiet room, helpful staff.A little disappointed with the breakfast choices, it seemed to be geared up for business people.Would stay again but possibly not for breakfast.Hotel was in walking distance to the zoo and centre. Underground station minutes away.

I do not recommend this hotel.

    rating28 Sept 2024

Staff were very rude and not understanding. No clear signage on coffee machines which then lead to a disagreement. The staff then blocked my room key over a charge of 3,5 euro and caused me embarrassment. Totally unprofessional. The hotel is clean but I now have a totally uncomfortable situation to stay here at all. Very disappointed.

    Parking Pain

    rating15 Jul 2024

Booked this hotel due to paid public parking onsite as we were visiting the city for 2 nights and wanted to park and forget about the car while we were here. Arrived at around 17:30 on a Tuesday, and were advised the car park was full and no alternative offered. By 7pm we had found street parking a couple of hundred meters away at Ella Lingens Platz, but only for 24 hours at a cost of €2 per hour. Parking on the streets around the hotel is for permit holders only between 18:00-23:00. The hotel has 156 rooms and only 37 parking spaces. The hotel itself is fine, room is comfortable and with air conditioning. If you were travelling without a car it would be fine but the reason we selected this particular hotel was because of this facility, which unfortunately we could not use.
