    Convenient and quiet stay

    We stayed one week in the hotel as guests of the Prix Jeunesse International 2026 festival.The hotel is convenient and quiet and we felt very much welcomed and supported by the staff.A very nice breakfast buffet and a clean and quiet room did the rest.The hotel is close to a bus and a tram and only a 15 minute walk away from the subway (U6) that connects safe and fast with the city centre. The hotel is also close to the English Garden, a huge park and nature zone.

    The mattress’s were horrible. It was just a lay over of a foam mattress abit like a YOGA mattress do not recommend for people with back issues. No kettle, very little house keeping. I understand you are a budget hotel but c’mon at least make the beds a proper mattress.

    I stayed at hotel for four nights in July, and while the location is excellent for exploring the nearby attractions, my overall experience has been a bit disappointing.The room itself was spacious, but I noticed a lingering musty smell from the moment I arrived. Despite housekeeping efforts, the odor persisted throughout my stay, making the room less comfortable than I’d hoped. Additionally, I found hair in the bathroom and around the toilet when I first checked in, which was quite off-putting. It made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning, even though the room appeared tidy otherwise.The breakfast was another downside. The selection was very limited, and what was available wasn’t of great quality. Some of the food seemed stale, and it wasn’t replenished quickly. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much better start to the day.There were also a few minor inconveniences like the slow check-in process and inconsistent Wi-Fi, which was particularly frustrating when I needed to get some work done. On top of that, noise from the street made it hard to get a good night’s sleep, as the windows didn’t do much to block it out.The staff has been friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, and the hotel’s location is certainly a plus. However, the cleanliness of the room and the quality of breakfast need significant improvement for this to be a more enjoyable stay.

    Spider webs and 4 centimeters of dust. DIRTY rooms and toilets. The service is awful. the location is not good also. Never, never book that hotel. Bad experience X 3. 1. Wi-Fi didn't work in my room. Hardly any room to move in the room and little space for clothes.

    ideally located very neat and clean budget Hotel , location very good, bus parked near buy, super market with in 1 km distance , you can buy your essentials at a bargain price, no lunch, noa liveable dinner and medium quality breakfast you will get, overall a nice budget experience
