Location

This discerning hotel is located in the centre of Munich, just 100 m from the main railway station. There is an underground station just a stone's throw from the hotel. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are also located in the immediate vicinity. Karlsplatz and Königsplatz are both easily reached on foot within 10 minutes. Public transport departs from stops directly in front of the hotel and the airport is 35 km away, approximately a 45 minutes drive.

Facility

90 rooms, including 13 single rooms and 76 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service (for a fee), room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

    Nice stay at Kings Hotel.

    The King’s Hotel is in a good location. It’s right near many public transport options. There are trams that are right outside of the hotel and it’s less than a five minute walk to the main train station. It’s a ten minute walk to the area where the Glockenspiel is and other famous sites. The breakfast is excellent with an assortment of food to start off your day. The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean. Although the hotel is near public transportation, I found it to be quiet. There wasn’t much noise level at all. It’s a nice and comfortable stay.

    Another comfortable stay at Kings hotel

    This is a lovely comfortable hotel, with personable staff. It has a nice layout with an open kitchenette with seating near reception and a view over a lovely green courtyard with tables and chairs. Coffee and tea are available for free in the kitchenette. Snacks and cold drinks also available for purchase. Rooms are extremely clean and well appointed with a fridge and shower products. Good block out curtains for sleeping. Situated close to Munich HBF and a supermarket and walking distance to many attractions. This is my second stay here and would highly recommend.     The hotel was very nice with decent sized clean and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, and in an excellent location. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Central train station but is in a nice and quiet part but with some restaurants and bars nearby.
