Location

Due to the hotel's central location, all of Munich's most important institutions and tourist attractions are easily reached within minutes. There is a profusion of shops, bars and thronging nightclubs, as well as a direct link to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity. Munich airport is 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

6 suites, 9 apartments, 21 single rooms and 59 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Those who would like to stay active while on holiday can make use of the on-site facilities, including cycling/mountain biking, a sauna and steam bath or, for a fee, a gym and massage treatments. In addition, a gym is offered by third-party operators.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet and lunch are served every day. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Great location a short walk from the main train station. Very welcoming staff - couldn’t do enough for us. Nice bar area for a drink and snack. Nice room very clean and comfortable. Only issue was a step up into the shower - not a problem for us but could be an issue for those with mobility problems.Would definitely stay here again.     The hotel was lovely. The rooms were a lovely style. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was very good and we were spoilt for choice. The location was perfect for our trip as we were visiting the markets which were about a 15 min walk, as was the underground and main train station.The staff were very friendly and accommodating.Would definitely recommend.     The staff was excellent. One person in my party had a minor medical incident that required a trip to the hospital and the staff jumped in to hold our bags and arrange for the ambulance.
