Location

This hotel lies just a few minutes by underground from the main train station and the city centre.     I had a issue on my first night at the hotel and they said I would receive a full refund and that was over 3 weeks ago and still not resolved 0Out of 10

    Hotel was kinda ok, but felt already a bit old.Hotel was clean and tidy.Hotel personel was very kind and helpful, especially a barman who was very polite and helpful.Hotel room was dated and had a bathub, personally i don't like bathrooms where is a bathub... but it's a personal daste for each one.Room was located to the street side and on the first floor. Soundproof was very poor and i heard everything from the outside. Was very uncomfortable to sleep, noise was quite loud coming from the outside.Breakfast was good and location was also good, nearby was a metro station from where you had a easy access to all the city.

    I stayed at this hotel for the first time in April and had an amazing experience. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary drinks by the two lovely staff members at check-in. We were also pleasantly surprised with a slight upgrade to a larger room, which was a wonderful touch.The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient, situated right next to a U-Bahn station with access to the U6 line towards Marienplatz. During our visit, the station was closed, but the S-Bahn was only about a five-minute walk away. From there, the S7 took us directly to the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) in just 10 minutes.The neighborhood around the hotel has a great atmosphere with a nice vibe, making it enjoyable to explore. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

    See title, plus breakfast was very very simple and not enough staff on. Plus maid knocked on my door 3 times in the morning 3 times before 1030 even though not checking out the next day ....,.......................plus this plus that. Clean but room very tight

    I was here for five nights.Soft product 5/5Hard product 4/5I stayed at K&K at their former premises on the same road. This location is better.The U-Bahn was down for maintenance, but there is also an S-Bahn, and buses.The failings on the hard product were:* anaemic hot water* bath sheet in good condition, but small* air conditioning weak* no lock on bathroom doorThat's about it. These can be fixed.On the bright side:* the room was quite large* the bed was very comfortable* notepaper and pen* windows can be openedThe staff were absolutely lovely, the breakfast was very good, there are superb restaurants near St Margaret's church if you wish to avoid the touristy places and prices.When I return to Munich, I'll stay here again.
