    Enjoyed staying at this hotel the first time so stayed here again 6 years later.Liked this hotel as it’s small quiet but in a great location.Staff were helpful & friendly.Room was warm (which was nice as the weather wasn’t good) spacious, with a balcony.Many bars and restaurants just around the corner and a lovely 25 min walk into the main town.If I came to Munich again I would definitely only stay here.

    Really happy with the way they dealt with our booking. We had a bit of an issue where our travel agent made an error on the booking but Christina from reservations was amazing and helped resolve a rather stressful situation quickly and efficiently and with a smile. Look forward to heading back there next time we're in munich.

    I’ve stayed in this hotel for few nights in October as it was an autumn holidays in Munich , the main highlight about this hotel is definitely its location,, the hotel is set in a very nice and special area in Munich abit a away from the city center yet you will be surrendered by every thing you want or need during your stay, also the beautiful English gardens are only short walk from the place. On the other hand among the negative items is that the rooms are really hot even when it is not outside , moreover it is very dark so forget about reading or applying make in the room , last thing is the staff which are not experienced at all and they are not able to answer the smallest questions about the hotel, areas, services or what so ever.

    Amazing service and great location for nature lovers in the midst of Munich

    Great service. We stayed for a week in this hotel near the English Garden. It is in the midst of Schwabing, with lots of bars, coffee bars, restaurants, Kebab stores, small bakeries, great second hands stores and for me the best of all, near the English Garden, where you can relax amongst green and lakes, and boat rowing opportunities. Lots of bike trails in the English Garden yet also in Schwabing. Lots of public transport nearby. The hotel staff were welcoming, and accommodated all our requests in the middle of COVID19 crisis. They are super responsible about it. The room was large and spacious. Bedding was top.

    Great location. From the moment I entered all staff were super friendly and welcoming. Lovely decor, Free WiFi. The room was compact but really nice and modern. The bed was very comfortable with the best pillows ever. The bathroom was stylishly appointed with lovely toiletries - spotless.Breakfast was not self service - orders taken with a wide array of tasty choices. Would definitely go back.
