Location

The hotel is located in a residential area in Sendling, in the southwest of the city centre. It is well located near to the Munich underground network as well as the A99/A8 motorway.

6 suites, 3 studios, 15 single rooms and 74 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Nice location, next to metro station and short walk to Isarphilharmonie. A few shops, pubs and simple restaurants in the area (including the hotel's own). Excellent value for money.     Quick check in and room was comfortable for 3 adults. There's kettle and mini kitchen in the room. Water/coffee/tea were provided. Breakfast variety isnt much but food was good. Service staff were all very helpful.     We stayed in a 3 person room - two single beds and one double (sofa) bed in the main room. This was very well suited to us as a group of three! Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is well located, literally 1 minute walk to a tube station that is maybe 5 mins to the main square (Marienplatz) - tube is well priced so this was very good. We didn’t have breakfast, but the room had a fridge & there was a supermarket/bakery nearby to the hotel.     Stayed here while visiting family for Christmas. I booked a quiet room and it was. It was easy to control the room temperature. There was a balcony overlooking a garden area that would be very nice in summer. The room could use a few updates but it was good value for money. The front desk was helpful and allowed me to borrow a converter as I had brought the wrong one.     This hotel was nice except there was no air conditioning which I must have missed when I chose it. Otherwise it was a good location and the room was nice. We stayed here while visiting for Oktoberfest and felt comfortable and easy to get to with the train location.
