    The worst hotel I’ve ever seen to. After entering our small room for 3 people and on little sleep from an early morning flight we were then greeted to 4 hours of a drill into our accompanying walls within any form of notice or instruction that this would be occuring.     They don´t answering if you sent to them mesagges. No accepting cancel reservation more as one month before reservation date. I book my reservation 22.10.2023, for 15.12.2023 - 16.12.2023, 02.11.2023 is today and they dont want cancel reservation 43 days before termin !!!!!!     Good hotel,quiet area, good transit into centre of city. Nice quiet area with good restaurants near-bye. No Bar,no restaurant other than breakfast which is good. Good size rooms.Also on main train lines to airport.     Find a Better Hotel in a More Interesting Part Munich...

    Having stayed at this hotel recently, I am very skeptical of the positive reviews. The rooms are small and poorly ventilated, the beds and other furniture uncomfortable and lack a dresser or end tables to store your belongings. The staff are unhelpful and unprofessional and can't seem to address even the most basic issues or questions. The neighbourhood is not inspiring either. Not dangerous, but why anyone without a very specific need to be in the area would want to stay here is something to be considered. None of Munich's charm is evident in the area and the hotel and its staff's lack of hospitality and caring for their guests comfort don't make up for it, they make it worse.     4 day break, and Man Utd memorial service.

    2nd time here, good spot for us.Approx half way between city and Utd memorial. Few min walk to subway, 10 mins just 3 stops to Sendlinger Tor which is ideal to stroll the shops into the main square Marien Platz.(Kennedy Irish bar right at exit of station, a must for food/ drink.)The hotel rooms good, excellent showers. Tv although tea/ coffee facilities lacked filling and milk. Breakfast continental style good, but lacking on hot breakfast.Pizza / Italian type restaurant attached.Nice little bar area run by Boris, to come back to.Depending on transport Taxi from airport is around 105 euro, about 45 mins.Reception staff very helpful.Quite area around hotelvery little passing traffic.Would return again.
