  We previously believed that Leonardo Hotels offers a high level of service, but unfortunately our recent experience was disappointing.We made a reservation through Booking.com, but accidentally selected the wrong month. Within 35 minutes of making the booking, we tried to change the dates. However, Booking.com informed us that only the hotel could assist us with this request.We immediately contacted the hotel and kindly asked to modify the dates or offer an alternative solution (for example, changing to another date or even to the same hotel in a different city). Unfortunately, we were not offered any assistance or flexibility, although we believe this could have been resolved.This situation left us with a very negative impression. We expected more understanding and customer-oriented service.We hope that in the future such situations will be handled with greater flexibility and care for guests.   The rooms were large with small balconies looking into an internal square . There was a capsule coffee machine, kettle and bottled water . The bathroom was well equipped . It was quite a way from the tram stop or underground . There was a Lidl on the next tram stop down. We used the large pub in the square where the transport stop was . It had a limited local cuisine but good . Breakfast was very good . Varied hot and cold food and various hot and cold drinks . The staff were very helpful and friendly .   Nice and clean with friendly staff

  Excellent impression from the minute we arrived, helpful and friendly staff.Nice spacious room for three at the back of the hotel. Clean and bright. Plenty of storage and nice large bathroom with a shower. Small balcony with chairs and table.All of the hotel communal areas clean.Room serviced every day.Breakfast good, plenty of seating and selection.Again friendly staff in the breakfast room.The hotel is a little further out from the city centre but two tram stops near by. You can get tickets on some trams or at a coffee shop further up the street. We downloaded the app and bought our tickets via that. If travelling in a group, there were group travelling options.   Very comfortable stay at the Leonardo Olympiapark. Highly recommended.

  We stayed at the Leonardo Olympiapark in July while visiting the city for a concert at the Olympiahalle, part of the Olympic Stadium complex. Don't confuse this one with the Leonardo Royal, which is also located close to the Olympic Stadium. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the Olympic Stadium and all the facilities that has to offer. My wife visited the Olympic pool several times during our stay. The BMW Welt and Museum is a short distance further on from the Olympic park, so everything is within walking distance should you prefer. The city tram line has several stops close to the hotel which is helpful if one is going to travel into the city centre. There are a number of great restaurants close to the hotel and we enjoyed several of the food options nearby. We had a large spacious room as we stayed for four nights. The room was very comfortable and had a balcony with a table and chairs, great for enjoying the evening outside. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a fault with our safe which was rectified within 5 minutes of our call to reception. The hotel is updating all of the fridges in the rooms and ours had faulted. Again, the engineer who sorted out the safe, quickly provided us with a working fridge. Reception contacted us and asked if everything was fine and we were happy to report that it was. The hotel is very popular and breakfast times were busy, but we always managed to find a table and enjoy the buffet breakfast of both continental and hot options. The hotel bar is small and cosy but that was fine as it meant that you ended up talking to other guests, especially after the Judas Priest concert at the Olympiahalle, as the hotel was popular with guests who had travelled for the concert. Great atmosphere in the bar. A special mention has to go to our barman Damir who recommended some good local beers and made my wife the perfect Mojito. It was so good, she's still talking about it now. Overall we were very happy with our choice of hotel for this trip to Munich. There are several Leonardo hotels in Munich so make sure you select the correct one for whatever your plans are. We would be more than happy to use this hotel again, the next time we visit Munich.   Excellent Service and Great Location – A Warm Stay at Leonardo Hotel

  We recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel and overall had a very positive experience. The location is excellent - close to the Olympia Park, public transport, and surrounded by several restaurants. Even a supermarket is just a short walk away, which made things very convenient.The room itself was a bit on the darker side, and unfortunately, the hand soap dispenser was empty upon arrival. The underground garage is quite tight, but definitely the better option compared to street parking.Where the hotel truly shines is in the energy and passion of its staff. From the reception to the breakfast area, the team brings a warm, welcoming vibe that elevates the whole experience. A special mention to Raiola Maurizio, who remained incredibly friendly and professional, even during the busiest times. His high energy and genuine passion left a lasting impression.All in all, we really liked our stay and would gladly return. One star off for the room details, but everything else - from location to service - was truly great.
