Location

This apartment hotel is located in Gern, one of Munich’s most beautiful districts, between the Olympic Park (1 km) and the Nymphenburg Palace (2 km). There are restaurants around 10 m away, and a public transport stop and a bus station are both some 500 m. The city centre and the main train station lie approximately 5 km from the hotel. The hotel has excellent transport connections. The motorway leads to the Mittlerer Ring and from there it is easy to reach the city centre. The Deutsches Museum, the Allianz Arena and the historical centre are approximately 5 km away. Franz Josef Strauss Airport is about 45 km from the hotel.

Facility

3 suites, 188 apartments, 27 studios, 14 single rooms and 16 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     I stayed at the Living Hotel for over a month in November, and it genuinely became a home away from home. The staff were incredible from day one, and their support really showed when my flight was unexpectedly diverted back. They handled everything with calm professionalism, kept my room for me, and welcomed me back without a single issue. That level of care is something you don’t forget.The location is also perfect. The tram stop is 5 mins walk , and within about 10 minutes you’re at the U‑Bahn and S‑Bahn, making it unbelievably easy to get anywhere in the city. For a long stay, that convenience makes a huge difference.We loved it so much that we returned again at the start of February for another week, and the experience was just as warm and welcoming. The staff remembered us, the service was flawless, and it felt like coming back to friends rather than checking into a hotel.And we’re already planning our next trip in two months — this time bringing more of our family with us, because when you find a place that treats you this well, you want to share it.     I stayed recently for Oktoberfest, fantastic location close to the town centre, nice cafes local swimming pool.     Unhygienic, worst service, arrogant receptionist

    1. Receptionist is so arrogant that, even after 4 times followup also we could not get the room cleaned.2. Very unhygienic environment 3. breakfast is not up to the mark.4.service is too much worst I never book this hotel in my life .
