    We stayed one night in this serviced apartments and it was good. Below is a summary of our stay.The good:1) Pet friendly apartments2) We stayed in a superior studio and it was large with plenty of space. It had a Kitchenette with cutlery, tap and basin and a microwave.3) Convenient basement parking with direct access to lifts4) Quiet and easy going hotel well placed within city limitsCould be better:1) Breakfast needs improving, burnt scrambled eggs and toast isn't good enough.2) The gym and washing machines at the entrance next to the reception might not be the best placement for those, regardless of the concept.3) The air-conditioning in the room wasn't enough to cool down the room so we had to sleep with windows open.Overall a decent stay with some points for improvement.     Beware of this hotel, looks a very deceiving.

    Although the rooms were nice, the reason why I put one star to this establishment is that everything else is really disappointing.The staff, especially the two girls who I believe do Monday nights were extremely on inhospitable. They had absolutely no sense of service whatsoever.I have never been told by a receptionist to “go away your check-in is over” before staying in this hotel.And don’t expect them to clean your room until four nights to stay. You’ll have to deal with your own filth or pay €50.If Ryanair a hotel, that would be it.     Nice hotel with a great breakfast. It takes around 35 min with a public transport (U-Bahn) from central railway station of Munich. The room was clean and nice, the bed was just simply perfect for your excellent sleep! The surrounding area is pretty quiet.     The Hotel is great with all things being just as true as shown in the pics and the description of the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and the room temperature was just as I like it for this time of year. The staff was super polite and helpful. I loved that the ironing room was never busy when needed it.     Very good hotel. Good location, just a few minutes away from the city centre using the metro/subway. The rooms were a very decent size. Breakfast is good for its price. Staff is short but very helpful and nice.
