    Ok for the cheap price but with issues

    A clean hotel, very nice and helpful personnel, and well connected by public transport, the neighbourhood a bit dull. 3rd floor rooms to the backyard (which is quiet) open to a kind of roof terrace. It's actually only an emergency exit but smokers gather there. So, the stink will penetrate the room if you open up. The walls between the rooms are paper like thin. Never seen (heard) anything like this before. If neighbours arrive at 04:00 in the morning, rotten luck, not even ear pluggs willl do.

    Really clean hotel about 15 minutes walk from the Munchen bus station. Very friendly staff. Basic facilities with plenty of electric points. Modern decor and good television and clean bathroom with basic toiletries.

    Value for Money stay in Munich, it has the basics, room is relatively small like all in this star rating, bathroom amenities are ok, very fast internet, very helpful staff, very good breakfast though a bit pricy compared to other hotels, very close to tram station .

    Nothing special or fancy, my single room was pretty small but had a nice comfy bed. Don't think you can get a cheaper room for yourself in Munich (even dorms in most hostels can get pricy). Main station, city central are not too far away either.

    Unfair treatment

    I booked through booking.com, where I signed I pay upon arrival. However, they wanted to charge my credit card immediately, which they could not. I wrote to them, explaining that they will not be able charge it, and I will pay as agreed, upon arrival. As a result, they cancelled my reservation. This is not only unfair, its unlawful, it's a scam what they are doing.Please also note that if you cancel, they take most of the fee (check their website), so free cancellation is also misleading.
