    Moxy near the airport

    My only complaint about this moxy is its location. You have to take a cab or bus shuttle there. It says airport but is about 15 minutes away. It runs every 30 minutes for planning. Otherwise it is like all the other moxys. Homey! Nice bar, good food. Games and pool. Gym is minimal. Rooms are good.     Hidden car park charge of €18!!!

    Well I was about to give you more stars with the only problem being the room was FAR too hot and dry so had trouble sleeping. Can open window but then you get the airport noise. It was very clean, reasonably quiet but the kick in the teeth was the unknown €18 car parking charge!! Absolutely disgusting after paying to stay.     Double charged for stay!!!

    We were double charged for our room. We booked through Delta Vacations and paid in full before traveling. The hotel asked for card upon check in case there were any room charges. When we got home, we discovered they charged us a second time for the room. The hotel has been unresponsive in resolving the issue. The credit card company and Delta Vacations haven’t been helpful either. After more than two weeks, the issue is still unresolved. I would suggest either not pre paying or not staying here at all to avoid a similar fate.     Great hotel

    We are a family of 3 (with a 17yrs old). We stayed at this hotel as we landed in munich late. We had a great experience here. The family room was spacious and clean. Ready for us when we arrived. There was everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, SOOOO much choice. The areaa around the hotel are so cool. There is a small gym, pool tables, table tennis, board games etc. The hotel looks cool too. The only note I would have would be for the staff to be a bit more friendly.
