  Just awful! Bed bugs, very run down, dirty, dusty - avoid it and stay away!

  The location is strategic for travellers, but not in a good area as at night I met very dodgy elements on my way. The place is very run down, dirty, dusty and each morning after sleeping in that bed I noticed I had more bites around my neck and another 2 on my knee. Bed bugs?This place shouldn't really be on platforms like hotels.com or booking.com. The pics they post are a total scam! When I arrived I was given a room. When I go in for the first time I always check if everything is ok and if the toilet is clean. The wall light on the headboard was broken with a very sharp piece of glass balancing over my head and ready to fall at any time. I took pictures, went downstairs, reported it and asked for another room. The guy said they usually fix this asap during the day but as it was too late (they let people in at 4PM!!!) this couldn't be fixed so he changed my room. I showed him another picture of the light from another angle that was also showing a missing glass from the top and a huge amount of dust and fluff deposited over the years on the pending piece of glass and I said, from what I see this wasn't broken yesterday and it hasn't been fixed for years. The guy was unbothered, he moved me in another room and there the shower plate if the toilet was simply disgusting and for the dust I got allergy for 3 days. I didn't say anything as they wouldn't care nor I would get my money back, I prefer to share this comment and pictures instead!

  Rundown hotel with poor infrastructure

  Our room was poorly maintained and had broken elements (torn curtains etc.) The person from Austria at the front desk was pretty uncouth. Website images are inaccurate and misleading. The only upside is that it is located near the central railway station. But overall, a rundown hotel with poor facilities.

  I recently visited Munich and stay at the Hotel Munich Inn via Booking.com.Well what can I say. On arrival we did not feel safe. The hotel did not look like the advertisement. It looked run down. The room was small with no ventilation. There was mould in the shower and pooh in the toilet. The fan provided as there was no A/C was extremely noisy and old. The mini fridge was not plugged in and did not work. In light of what we paid it was a rip off and the staff were not bother about the standard of the rooms when we complained. We requested a part refund which was refused, needless to say we moved anyway to the premium inn which was cheaper and of a far higher standard. I don’t know how it can be called a hotel. I believe it barely would make it as a hostel.Worst start to a city break ever and not a good advertisement for Munich.

  This place is like booking Margot Robbie and realising you’ve got pat butcher. I’m not living in 1950 this place says it’s got WiFi yet I’m playing twister in the bedroom to get a signal while Pedro and brois in reception are stroking there selfs of watching nugget corn pathetic. The room is like a dis used showroom for office furniture is dare not flash a black light on it the only saving grace is the windows open fully so I can throw myself out. Breakfast I reckon a starving child crawling out of Albert’s seller would crawl back in and say leave me another 20 years it’s a joke a slave of cheese a bit of scrabbled egg do me a favour Location on my life I walked out and asked the police if I can borrow a shotgun beggars on the freer in the looby I’ll add a post tomorrow of the breakfast which is situated in a old Doris front room

  Horrible hotelroom

  The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. But first of all a few things that were alright:- nice water presssure in the shower- alright breakfastthe bad things:- horrible cleaning, the cleaners left spiderweb in the roof, left food waste in the wastebasket, never vakuumed the floor, never changed the bedding or our plastic drinking glasses. - in the bathroom the shower drain was loose, the sink stopper/bottom valve in the sink was stuck which meant that we had to scoop the water out every day with an old bottle. The cleaners took one of our towels and put it in the sink to soak up all the water. Then they put the towel on the floor in the shower.- on the last day we checked under the bed to make sure we did not leave anything behind and we found an old towel from before our visit. Horrible.- Very warm rooms and because of the noice from the street we did not want to have the windows open at night. We found a fan in the cabinet, unfortunately it had not been cleaned or wiped this year, you could see the dust hanging from it. I have written the same review on hotels.com where we booked the hotel but of some reason it is not visible there, probobly because it is such a bad review. However, our advice is: please dont stay there.
