  This is not only my first time staying at this hotel. It is very convenient for travelers who need to spend the night ,like me, before a very early flight or after a late arrival at Munich Airport. You can use the minibus transfer that runs between the airport and the hotel every half an hours. The reception stuff is very friendly to the guests. The rooms are spacious, clean and good equipped. There you can find TV, refrigerator, tee, coffee, air conditioner, very nice bathroom with the shower, fan and all hygienic cosmetic. The buffets breakfast is varied and tasty.I recommend this hotel.

  Our room was located directly above the smoking area on the second floor. Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of smoke, and we were unable to get much sleep because people were talking loudly throughout the night while outside smoking. The smoking area should be moved farther away from the hotel rooms.When we tried to contact the front desk, we discovered that the phone in our room was not working. Although the hotel was easy to find, we were also disappointed that we had to pay for parking, only to realize the gate remained open all night, allowing anyone to enter and exit freely.

  Reception was rude and unhelpful. Room was too hot as thermostat was broken. Overcharged us by adding an extra guest for our breakfast reservation and when questioned, the male front desk staff claimed that I told him we had an extra child. Ridiculous as our room booking was clearly for 5 ppl and not 6. He did not bother look in the system. Not a language issue as we both speak good English. He did not apologize for his error. While it was just a breakfast reservation issue, it was his cocky and indifferent attitude that was the problem. The absolute opposite of what you’d expect from hospitality staff.Aside from that fact that the room was boiling hot, it was otherwise adequate but hotel hallways felt dark and spooky.Will not stay again.   Very Convenient to the airport. About a 20-euro fare... but they do have a shuttle. Ingrid at check-in was wonderful and made the end of a very long travel day much more enjoyable. The in-hotel restaurant had good food and beverages. Nicoli did a great job for us. In-room heating and cooling was an issue. We could not lower the temperature for a comfortable sleep.
