Location

The hotel lies in the south of Munich about 9 km from the city centre as well as famous Marienplatz and 8 km from the exhibition centre. An S-Bahn station is situated 100 m away. The motorway (direction Salzburg) is just 2.5 km from the hotel and Munich's airport is located 55 km from the hotel.

    The location was superb for our extended stay in Munich - close to the s-bahn station and a quick trip to and from the different areas of Munich and also out of town locations. Using the MVV and DB Navigator apps really helped reduce our waiting time at the s-bahn station. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and a good value.     Once a year to this place . Love the good room size, very spacious and come with bathtub and fluffy bathrobe. Good place for relaxing while on work trip. Breakfast variety shrink a little but we get personalized egg station. Lovely tea station which I love with the ginger and lemon. Rasel & Lukas is friendly sunshine to the morning in the hotel bfast . Missing from a 4star hotel is bottled water for the room. Only given once regardless how many days of check in. As member , I don’t feel any difference when arriving or the service in the from.     a bit of deception (read the fine print) can go a long way to just make you miserable

    This hotel is not a bad hotel, its just the fine print that gets you. As we had planned to stay at this property for a week, we checked for certain things prior to arriving..... just to mention a few things : 1. no air conditioning (you will notice that on any booking site it says they have air conditioning, in fact if you call the front desk right now they will tell you they have a/c, but what they don't tell you (fine print) is that it is turned off until next year april and they only have heat turned on and if you want cool air to open the window. I will let you be the discerner of that statement. 26c was our arrival temp in the room. they said it was something about the beautiful sunshine and the position of the room. Hmmm!!2. parking they have, but what they don't tell you (fine print) is that they only have 5 spaces up front otherwise you have to go to Salzburg to find parking. (a bit of jest)I actually thought it was quite funny the many things that they hide from you (psst.... if you want bacon on the breakfast buffet, you have to ask for it, they don't put it out, but let it be our secret) haha!! and yes there is more.... but lets stop.... clean hotel, people were nice (i think). We left after 1 night. BTW we did open the window to the wonderful sounds of suburban traffic at the stop sign 20 meters away from our room. please someone stop me!! Our AC System (just like the most European) can only be switched between cooling (summertime) and heating (wintertime). This is mainly because of an ecological aspect. And most of our guest do like it and are aware of it.2. We do have sufficient parking spots for all our guests. Your are right that we only have a few outside parking spot, but we also have a garage with plenty of space. This parking garage is offered to you at check in or any time you would ask for parking. It is also good visible and not to overlook. No need to go to Salzburg.3. The bacon is a standard at our breakfast buffet. Unfortunately there is no special trick to receive that treat. It can happen that some certain items will run out during a busy breakfast time, but will be refilled (also without asking) from our helpful staff.Also we are sorry that you did not give your munich experience more than just one night change and hope you had a better time with no unclear situations and to your most convenience during your remaining time in germany.Best regards,Your NH München Unterhaching Team

    The room is huge, clean , well equipped. Housekeeping only on request, which really mindful solution. Staff are solution oriented and kind. Only disadvantage that hotel has only breakfast and bar.
