  Parking is too expensive

  Helpful staff at the reception desk. The building is brand new, with fresh linens on an uncomfortable small bed. My room had minimal furniture, weak A/C, warm fridge and good Wi-Fi. The Flave restaurant is excellent and the $32 daily parking fee is ridiculous.

  A/c didn’t work in the rooms, stuffy and hot. Awkward, badly designed shower.

  We had 3 rooms for a stay overnight before international flights the next day. The location was convenient but the a/c did not work properly in any of the three rooms. The windows didn’t open. In fact, even as all of us attempted to set the a/c it got hotter, increasing a few degrees in the late evening. We had management come up but they said it was working. It was much cooler outside, but the rooms were very stuffy and hot, it was obvious they didn’t know what to do. Very uncomfortable. The shower was very slippery and had a step up, making it difficult for someone with knee issues. The water cycled warm and cold through the shower.   Friendly service, good food and Selena made it a great experience.

  We missed our flight to Denver so we stayed at this hotel for the night. We had a very nice experience from reception through our dinner. It was made especially nice because Selena served us our dinner and she was so friendly and warm! She even added a treat to make it even more special.   Great location but disappointing experience.

  We booked a room with tea and coffee making facilities but didn’t have any. Only option for coffee in the am was the buffet breakfast at 21 Euros. When I showed our detailed booking confirmation to Reception they said it was “booking.com fault” not Novotel. It’s not hard to provide a kettle. Also I was charged 17:50 Euros for a gin and tonic at the bar… really? No one asked for Fever Tree tonic at nearly 6 Euros a bottle!   Overall the overnight stay experience was good. The hotel was reachable through bus 635 from the airport. Upon arrival was greeted by front desk, check in was short and sweet The hotel restaurant was open for dinner between 5-10:30, plenty of selection from salat to burgers to something big like rib eye steak. The waiter was also nice, he happened to be from where I grew up in Indonesia. So we chatted a little. Able to wake up early at 3am to catch the bus at 4am.
