    Good afternoon. Three months ago, I booked two rooms, requesting one with two beds, subject to availability. Upon arrival at check-in, I was told there were no rooms with two beds in the entire hotel. They were all occupied. Having booked three months in advance, they couldn't even provide me with one room with two beds. I find this to be VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. Thank you for your lack of concern. I will take this into account and post negative reviews of your service on social media.Besides the fact that we arrived at 9:50 and there were still rooms available, we didn't have time to check in with the last guests.     Fabulous stay with polite and efficient staff!

    We had the most brilliant time at Hotel Opera! It is such a friendly hotel with excellent service. The breakfast is so delicious, the candle in the middle of the table is a nice touch. There is a restaurant on the same street that I believe is owned/ partnered with the hotel which we went to on our first and last night, the food was so tasty (also a very cute cat hangs around)! Along with this, there is a 24 hour bar that can be delivered up to your room which is a good idea. We would like the specially mention Benedict who works on reception (and also breakfast it seems). He was there throughout our whole stay. We arrived late and our first interaction was with him and he said ‘welcome to our beautiful boutique hotel’, it was a very nice first impression. He is definitely an asset to your team. There was also a tall younger man and a young girl with brown hair who worked at breakfast who were very efficient. Everyone we met in the hotel from cleaners, waiters to receptionists were professional and polite.We definitely will return in the future, thank you for a pleasant stay!     Beautiful Hotel

    We had a beautiful experience during our ccommodation from 31 December - 06 January 2025. The whole hotel is very elegant, beautifully decorated and located in a very good and quit location. The breakfast and the service was very nice. t was nice that it was served every morning on our table in beautiful designed porcelain! The sraff was very polite and helpful.
