    Location - excellent location and bus # 512 stops right outside the airport and hotel.Atmosphere - quiet.Rooms - Room is big enough, bright, clean and comfortable beds Value - very good value!Service - very good.

    2 rooms inc 4 breakfasts €200, excellent breakfast with all usual continental, meats, healthy options plus English cooked breakfast, very clean, great bed and shower. Unbelievable value!

    The rooms were comfortable and everything worked. I enjoyed the free tea and coffee. The bar was well ran regardless of how full it got. Those happy hour drinks came in clutch.

    Cosy room, friendly staff and good food. It’s about 3.6km from the Munich airport (roughly €16 with uber which is about 5 mins. Public transport is much cheaper but takes about 11 mins so I couldn’t wait). You can get a bus from the Munich Hauptbahnhof (central train station) to the hotel; I used the Lufthansa express (LH-Bus) which cost about €13 for an hour drive.

    Receptionist Rebecca was shockingly rude and unprofessional, pointing her finger aggressively at our family in front of our child, making us feel intimidated, humiliated, and completely unwelcome during check-in. Susanne B, at Premier Inn Muchen Airport Ost, responded to this review Dear Ms. Ünal Uygur,Thank you for your message and for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely regret the distress caused during your check-in on 20 September 2025, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.Following your complaint, we have conducted an internal review of the situation, including discussions with Rebecca and other team members who were present during that shift. We understand that your family, along with others in your group, experienced a delay and felt unfairly treated during the check-in process. We are truly sorry for the discomfort and frustration this caused.We would like to clarify that our hotel policy requires all guests, including children, to be registered at check-in, and we are not permitted to accommodate more individuals than the room was booked for. This is a safety and legal requirement, especially in case of emergencies. In your case, the reservation reflected only two adults, and the presence of a child required us to reassign a suitable room, which unfortunately led to a delay during a busy check-in period.While enforcing policy is necessary, it must always be done with professionalism and respect. We are concerned by your account of the interaction with Rebecca, particularly the language and gestures described. Regardless of intent, any communication that causes guests to feel threatened or discriminated against is unacceptable. We are addressing this matter seriously and reviewing the conduct involved to ensure our standards are upheld.We also acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of our colleague Dorothy, who stepped in to assist and de-escalate the situation.
