261 non-smoking rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 5 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     What a lovely hotel experience! This is our second time as a family staying here - we can’t recommend it enough! All staff we encountered, from the reception desk staff, to the cleaners, Theos Bar staff, breakfast servers and breakfast coordinators, were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much of an ask. I have to also say thank you to the manager Philip who ensured that we had a very comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and the food variety and quality at both breakfast and the Theos restaurant were very good. The location of the Pullman hotel is also excellent - a local shop, restaurants and the U-bahn are within walking distance. I must also commend the secure underground parking - clean and spacious. Overall, a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely be back!     What an unforgettable and joyous experience at the Pullman (Munich ).The rooms were neat , clean and very comfortable complete with daily room cleaning service .I normally don’t eat before midday but I found myself looking forward to having breakfast at the Pullman hotel ❗️😀😋.     2nd Stay - highly recommend.

    This was my second stay at Pullman Munich, this time round we had a car and the use of the underground car park was an added bonus. On arrival, the staff were as friendly as I recall compared to my last visit in March 2024. I enjoyed the breakfast so much last time that I was looking forward to it again, especially the variety, honeycomb and the omelets, they were perfect (kudos to the kitchen staff there!). Although we stayed on a different floor and room this time, there was a warm familiarity to the corridors, room and moving around the hotel in general. The room was tidied to a very high standard. The cot provided was perfect. With two young children, the space within the junior suite was also perfect. Being close to the stairwell that leads directly to the restaurant meant we had to walk round to the main lift shaft and walk to the restaurant with the child stroller, which isn't a bad thing, just information. Watching the Bayern home game in Theos bar was also a nice touch with a good atmosphere. The hotel being so close to Munich city center by car or train makes it a great location. Walking to the English Gardens from the hotel was also easy and a good place to enjoy some local atmosphere. A big thank you to Philip and his team, from the kitchen staff to the cleaners and the front of house staff. They were all so hospitable. We look forward to our next visit in the near future. Our first visit was with 3 people, this time we invited more of our family and were 7 in total!     The hotel is nice and in a good location next to a train station. The station is six stops from Marienplatz. The only issue was that when we got to the room, there was no coffee, no creamer, and when we called the desk, nobody answered. I went to the front desk to let them know that there was no coffee or creamer in the room. OK, will have someone take some to your room. Nobody ever shows up with coffee pots.The room was not really clean, my wife found a toothpick flosse on the floor next to the side of the bed.
